Experience Tumblr like never before
Just so like... it's clear... anyone who censors words that contain "man" or "men" to anything like "xxn" that's TERF shit.
Any reference to women/womanhood that solely revolves around having a uterus or "womb" is TERF shit.
Any sentence where the OP says they support people being "trans identified" with quotes around ""transwomen"" or ""transmen"" is TERF shit.
I'm seeing a lot of you baby Tumblr gays out there not knowing what these specific TERF dogwhistles look like.
"Wombxxn" is an incredibly dumb way of spelling "woman" that treats the word "man" like a slur and also reduces women to their ability to give birth.
"Trans identified" is their way of saying "this person calls themselves trans, but I don't believe they are."
Saying "People should be allowed to identify however they wish, but we still need to protect women/children" IS TERF SHIT.
Learn to identify this garbage, because not all TERFs are going to spell out their intolerance for you. Some of them are going to try and seem reasonable and polite and normal, and it's fucking dangerous to our community.
Also unpack any internalized transphobia and your transmedicalism, because both those things will have you quickly siding with TERFs and bigots.
Tw for transphobia(? I guess, idk how I feel about this)
Hey has anyone else noticed how đ© the ftm tags on Tumblr are?
Like it just feels very fetishized or objectified, idk, it just makes me feel icky
Oh, and by the way, that Supreme Court ruling is where that Harry Potter money goes.
Damn, I had no idea we were that powerful. Nice!

As of the 19th of December, 2023, there is new transgender guidance for education in Britain. To put it bluntly, itâs awful.
(All of the screenshots and information are from the itvNews article published on this day)
The first alarming aspect comes under changing pronouns. According to this, schools are allowed to simply decline a change in pronouns. This is completely unacceptable, considering that adding or subtracting a single syllable from a sentence is not a chore. In a society, wherein female teachers can very easily go from being referred to as Miss to Mrs, it is hypocritical to deny someone the right to be referred to correctly.
Secondly, what are the âother optionsâ referenced here? Does that include denying the child of preferred pronouns, or maybe educating them on why there are not who they say they are? This non-clarity raises important questions that are conveniently ignored.
The third concern comes under the physical education and sport section, as seen here. What concerns me is the implied idea that it would be dangerous and unfair for two children of opposite sexes to interact in a sport together. At all. That a 12 year old boy and a 12 year old girl would come out of a game of football together permanently damaged is such a common idea is barbaric. At this point, it is not only an issue of transphobia, but sexism, as well, to insinuate that - most likely - a girl will be terrorised by playing with a boy. Furthermore, it suggests that they must be kept apart for their safety!
All in all, say what you really want to say; either you donât think girls are the same as boys, or you donât want transgender people to live happy lives.
I genuinely donât know how to end this. Itâs just insane to me that this is a society that preaches equality and freedom, and yet treats its population like weâre back in the 1900s. Get a fucking grip.
A little reminder for trans people in the UK based on everything that happened:
Just because your family is accepting of your identity or knows about it does not mean they understand the dangers. I just had an argument with my brother, because when I mentioned the fact Iâd be at a far higher risk for being jumped now he didnât believe it; said people in our area werenât capable of that.
People in any area are capable of bigoted violence, so remember to warn your family of the dangers youâll be facing and to be safe and well equipped to defend yourself when going out.
The argument of being âtoo attractiveâ to transition has always made me lose it- like full on witch cackling whenever the words reach me.
Cause excuse me, how do you mean. The scars all over my hands and face? Oh and what about the wonky bottom teeth and overbite that features teeth that make me look like a damn American girl doll.
Iâve been bullied my whole life for not looking conventionally attractive, but the second I realised I was a man? No yeah sorry about that, youâre actually a super model.
Let me be an ugly man in PEACE.
To any JKR supporters left after she not only bribed the Supreme Court to pass a law riddled with blatant transphobia but actually succeeded in getting that law passed?
Trust that you will be dealt with. I will personally invite myself into your abode and go absolutely mad. Apeshit even. Trust that I will gnaw your face off.
After all, I have nothing against biting chunks off a bigot if their views ruin the safety of my country.
If you give that filth any sort of money, e.g purchasing films, books, merchandise and watching the new series. Trust that you will be dealt with.
- xoxo, merakiitills
I just remembered a time in seventh grade right after I cut my hair short when some random transphobic kid on my bus decided to strike up a conversation and I was just tired and done with his shit, so it went something like this.
Him: are you a boy or a girl?
Me: I'm a girl, I use she/her pronouns
Him: okay but like, are you *really*? Like, what's... down there?
Me: Are you asking to see my pussy? Because it sounds like you want to see my pussy.
Needless to say, the other kids laughed at him, and he shut the fuck up. I still am proud of that comeback, but also, goddamn I was a *feral* little twelve year old.
I'm watching the original Fun With Dick and Jane from 1977, and I was entirely unaware that there was a scene where the male lead is told off for being transphobic.
Dick, who is aptly named, is in line at the unemployment office behind a trans woman who got fired for coming out. When Dick talks to the guy at the desk, he immediately insults the woman, calling her crazy and using the f slur.
And the guy absolutely shuts him down. Tells him that she's just a trans woman trying to live her life with the most "fuck off" look on his face.
I was not expecting this from a comedy made in the 70s.
Fucking love it.
Replies to this post regarding Hogwarts Legacy
This is one of the most bad faith takes I've seen on this, and I've seen some pretty bad ones.
I'm not going to argue on this. I mean, that whole post is about how there really is no more arguing to be done here, you either value people's lives or you value personal entertainment. You've gone for the latter. You just don't want to admit it so you spew out this garbage to justify it to yourself.
If you want to play the game, just play the stupid game. It's not like anyone is going to physically stop you. But for goodness sake, shut up about it. You're all just making yourselves look even worse.
BTW your transmedicalism and antisemitism are showing. Thought you might want to know
I wonder what's next from streamers like the one I talked about in this post
A live reading of The Turner Diaries to raise money for the Holocaust Museum?
Or Elliot Rodger's manifesto with the promise to give some money to a DV shelter?
Oooh, what about a shot-for-shot remake of Birth of a Nation and donate to a Black charity?
After all, according to them, any amount of bigotry is canceled out by money.
Saw a streamer claiming that it's okay for them to stream Hogwarts Legacy because they're donating money from the stream to a trans charity.
How much? Don't know. They didn't clarify that.
It's pretty clear what they're doing, though. It's not really about wanting to raise money for trans charities. If it was, they could have picked any other popular game for their stream.
They just want to play the game and use the controversy to boost their channel. The only reason they included the charity thing is to use it as a shield against anyone who rightfully calls them out.
You can't claim to support the trans community while actively promoting and supporting transphobia.
Also pretty, uh, interesting how transphobia is the only issue they saw fit to address and ignored the racism altogether
I think a lot of people need to realize that transphobia is more than just misgendering someone. Actively treating them differently from cis people and making 'exceptions' for them is still transphobic.
Left-wing spaces irl: "We are queer&trans inclusive and will respect ur identity :D"
Also Left-wing spaces irl: "Hey, we r making a poster for a girls night event, is it okay if we put you on it? I mean, it's nonbinary incluse and stuff-"
No. I'm not even nonbinary, i am a trans man. Would you ask a cis man to be on a GIRLS night poster??? No. No you wouldn't. So why are you asking me? Just because I'm trans? What fucking difference does that make??? You pretend you aren't transphobic and see me as a man, yet you refuse to treat me like one. And imo, actions say more than empty words do.
For context, the same people also asked me whether i wanted to be part of a women's reading club and a women's self defense course a couple of months ago.
I told them, that asking trans men that is transphobic (bc apparently they asked MULTIPLE TRANS GUYS THIS) and uh they said they did it 'just incase' since 'trans guys are also like minorities and deserve to be uplifted by activities like this!!!' no. Not activities that are made for women.
If you wouldn't invite a cis gay/queer, cis man of color, or a cis disabled man, then don't invite a fucking trans guy. You are being transphobic. Stop it.
Thank fuck they at least invited trans women to these workshops, cause if they didn't i might have punched one of them. Seems like they are only transphobic to trans men apparently???? Fucking hell man.

Imo, actions say more than empty words do. It's okay to make a mistake, but if u act transphobic and refuse to listen to trans people telling you not to do this because it's transphobic, yet you continue to do it, that's transphobia.
There are transphobes in the SPG fandom?
Someone is demanding Chris and the âOld Rabbitâ back?
Saying that since they werenât born with boobs they shouldnât change that and accept it
Honey, you have to know that some people arenât comfortable with who they are and with people like you, they have a hard time becoming what they really are.Â
Somehow there are people on this website who can say âIâm a transfeministâ and also âitâs okay to misgender trans people if they disagree with meâ and not realize theyâre not really being transfeminist.
Yep! That's because it's not an actual argument or discussion. It's people trying to silence trans men and anyone who defends them.
From what I've seen, some of these people also believe that trans men are simultaneously "late transition, indistinguishable from cis men and immune to misogyny" and "Basically cis girls with D-Cups, hiding behind their femininity, and a week from detransitioning into a terf" There's so many contradictions in anti-transmasc viewpoints, it's a wonder that anyone falls for them. It's all disgustingly misogynistic and transphobic, and reeks of truscum and terf logic. I'll say what I always say, don't argue with them. Just block and move on. Most trans people ain't like that.
there are people on bluesky who proudly put on their profiles being "baeddel" like, that shit didn't work here in the 2010s tumblr (where it originated), so why the fuck are you trying to make it come back, lmao
actually i wouldn't be surprised if this-certain-group of trans ppl on bluesky are actually all baeddels but just not saying it out loud.
seeing them all still talking about "cissexual" privilege when refering to other TRANS ppl, the classic "you are trans but NOT REALLY trans like me", im just gonna say, be careful with this kind of thinking.
for context:
no, being "baeddel" is not good AT ALL. please, don't let anyone tell you otherwise bc, holy fuck, just read the whole thing and be wary. it's pretty much TERF rethoric, only trans version (also known as TIRF), lmao
i found out about this whole "baeddel" around the end of last year, and it was like "woah what the fuck??????" i had no idea this kind of shit happened. please, read it in full đ©đ©
(edit: an updated version of this article is also here on tumblr!!)
My posts are all: "Hey, don't talk over trans men when they want to discuss their oppression!" "Nonbinary people aren't being treated very well right now, and we're being erased by the rest of the community." "Trans men and trans women aren't enemies." "Care about identities that aren't your own, include other trans people in your advocacy."
Which is apparently a grave enough offense to misgender me and compare me to a nazi, go figures.
It goes to show that some people are really transphobic before they transition, and they refuse to address this after their egg cracks.
I'm so sick of this.
I see a post, and think "Oh hey this person has really good takes on transmisogyny!"
And then I go to follow their blog and itâs full of rancid shit about trans men and nonbinary people they all assume to be AFAB.
I hate that this is happening more often lately. Itâs not hard to advocate for trans women without tearing other minorities down.
it is genuinely mind blowing to me that somebody can say "i want all trans people who were afab to be killed/assaulted/beaten/raped" and then go on to call themself a feminist. no bestie you are a raging transphobic misogynist and you should not be allowed around children or vulnerable adults!
I kinda love it when bigots act like getting reported and removed from tumblr is such a betrayal and PROOF everyone on the site is out to get them, personally.
No, trust me. You tell trans women to kill themselves, you call trans men and nonbinary people cuntboys and theyfabs, all while harassing other queers you donât like- getting your blog deleted is the kindest thing you deserve.
Trans transphobes are traitors to the LBGT+ community. Stay away from my brothers and sisters and siblings. We donât want you here.
Maybe if your blog is gone youâll spend less time online. Touch some grass. Become a less shitty person.
(I hope it goes without saying, but this is obviously not about the innocent trans women who get randomly deleted from the site because itâs run by raging transmisogynists.)
People who deny the existence of transandrophobia tend to focus on 2 types of trans men:
Pre-transition or very early-transition men, who are often closeted/treated as women by society.
And post-transition men, who are stereotyped as passing perfectly and having all of the privileges and power of cis men.
They use the post-transition man as an example of the supposed âsystematic powerâ they believe ALL trans men hold, claiming he directly oppresses him and benefits from the patriarchy. They ignore the fact that in order to maintain any semblance of this he must be closeted and hide the fact that he is trans at all times. They ignore that he will still inevitably face medical discrimination, as the medical field is notorious for treating transmasc individuals poorly. Because this man is indistinguishable from a cis man in their eyes, it becomes morally acceptable for them to hate him.
And they use the pre-transition trans man as a punching bag. They stereotype him as a âwhiny, privileged he/theyâ that âweaponizes and clings to his femininityâ and always plays the victim. Notably, they echo all of your standard truscum bullying tactics. They mock his choice of name, stereotype his interests as âcringeâ or childish. They treat him not as a trans man, but as a future detransitioner, a future terf, a cringey teenage girl. And if they can make themselves believe that heâs not truly trans, he becomes the perfect âacceptable target.â After all, trans people canât really bully their oppressors, so when they do it, theyâre actually punching up.
Now, their perceptions of these men are bullshit, obviously, but whatâs even worse is their refusal to acknowledge the third and most common group of trans men in the community: Mid-transition/visibly transgender men.
Men with visible facial hair, low voices, and breasts. Men who have traits that are commonly regarded as both feminine and masculine. Men who cannot afford or do not personally desire top surgery, but have decided to hormonally transition. Men who have fully transitioned, but enjoy dressing in clothes society deems âfeminine.â Men who have not transitioned medically, but have masculine haircuts and clothing and names. Literally any trans guy with visible top surgery scars.
The list goes on.
The people who claim transandrophobia isn't real refuse to acknowledge that visibly transgender men even exist, because these men donât fit into their worldviews and weaken their arguments.
At the end of the day, society hates anybody they can identify as trans, most often anyone whoâs visibly GNC and/or visibly transgender. Cis people react to your existence with disgust and fear. It doesnât matter if youâre a trans woman, a trans man, nonbinary or intersex- if they cannot sort you neatly into the categories of âmanâ and âwomanâ, you are regarded as something thatâs not truly human, an enemy. And because itâs all based on perception, even perisex cis people are caught in the crossfire of this- especially if theyâre POC.
Those who deny this are contributing to the erasure of trans men and enabling future violence against them.
Iâm not gonna lie, the whole âwhat if a big, hairy trans man started using the womenâs bathroom? what are TERFs gonna do then?â thing kinda pisses me off being used as some checkmate, because it insinuates that passing trans men would have any kind of power in that situation. If a passing trans man is forced to use the womenâs bathroom, you know what will happen? Security will be called on him, heâll be thrown out, and heâll be forced to out himself as trans in order to avoid punishment, which will put an even bigger target on his back. Heâs still going to be harassed. Heâs still going to be forced into an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation, and he probably wonât avoid punishment anyway because the current laws in place are never going to favour any trans personâs defence over a cis personâs.
It also completely ignores trans men who arenât âbig and hairyâ and donât pass enough to be mistaken for a cis man. Non-passing trans men (or even men who look or sound effeminate enough to be suspected) who are forced to use the womenâs bathrooms are still at a huge risk of harassment or even violence, especially young trans boys who are forced into their assigned bathrooms at school. Nex Benedict was literally murdered in a girlâs bathroom. Girls and women arenât these inherently non-violent, peaceful and submissive beings (for one thing, thatâs misogynistic). Trans men and boys get beaten up by them too, because most of us pre-T arenât considered a threat, and we fucking die.
Thatâs not even to mention the trouble we already have in menâs bathrooms, because if we donât pass, cis men will interrogate us on whether or not weâre âreal menâ and then sexually assault us if they discover weâre trans. Corrective rapes that trans men face is not something to be ignored, and I have trans male friends that itâs happened to who are lucky to be alive right now.
Bathroom laws will affect us just as much. The violence that trans women face is something that trans men can also relate to, and both need to be talked about without people categorising all trans men as âbig, hairy, strong men able to beat up anyone who tries to threaten themâ when thatâs not the case like 90% of the time. Acting like passing trans men are just there to make TERFs look stupid, when TERFs are the ones who are violent towards us no matter how much we pass, is just diminishing our experiences.
