Day 41: Spaghetti carbonara!

Ingredients:

500g Spagetti

6 Eggs

Diced ham/ Bacon cubes/ preferred sausage(cubed)

Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Oil

Recipe:

Cook the Spagetti in slightly salted water till al dente (don't forget to stirr, add some oil so it doesn't stick as easily) . Sear the meat, add oil only if the meat is not fatty.

Separate the egg from the yolk and collect the yolk in a big bowl. Season the yolk with salt, pepper and a little (!) but of nutmeg and mix.

After the Spagetti has been cooked, wash with hot water and add it to the bowl and mix together.

You can add the meat before or after putting it on your plate. Serve it however you like.

I like to put olives on mine, specifically Spanish ones but you don't have to.

I made a banana milk today:

2 bananas

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

500 ml milk

Cut the banana into slices and put it into a pot. Add the milk and mix the two together. After that add the sugar and the lemon juice and mix again.

It tastes better than it looks. It will have a thick layer of bubbles because of the mixing as well

Day 60: There is a thunderstorm outside.

The sky is flashing so much, it needs a seizure warning and the thunder sounds like cannonballs.

I am afraid of dying. Our neighbors have a huge tree in their yard and in a strong storm it could break off and crush our roof.

I don't want to be crushed to death.

It's hailing outside too. Big ice balls, not yet big enough to Crack the windows but still making lots of noise.

We pulled all possible plugs. TV, Computer, Radios, even the coffee machine. They might get destroyed if lightning strikes.

I hate the noise that thunder makes. Thunderstorms, especially heat storms make me think of suffocating, burning and pressure.

Sometimes I just want to hide in a small nook with no bad noise or feeling.

I hear the wooden supports of our house making noise, it's horrible. I want to leave but outside is dangerous.

I don't know what to do.

I hate thunderstorms.

Everyone always talks about Logan being protective over Wade - and sure, I love that too - but have we ever thought about protective Wade?

Someone insults Logan and Wade is at their throat immediately forcing them to apologise.

Logan gets hurt by someone (outside of a fight) and yes, Wade knows he can regenerate at a really fast rate, but he doesn't care. Logan gets a kiss on the head and a cartoon band-aid for his wound.

If he gets hurt emotionally (or just if Wade wants to) he will pick Logan up and carry him to any kind of cozy spot close to them, plop down and hug Logan till both of them feel better about it.
