As much as I love Blue Exorcist, I had to leave the fandom because too many damn people ship Rin and Yukio as more than brothers. It was my same problem with the Thundermans.

Can I head canon my favorite characters (that aren’t already POC) as Hispanic/Latinx in peace, please?

I just want someone who comes from the same background as me.

(And to those people who are all like “You can’t head canon this character as Hispanic/Latino because they’ve done bad stuff and you’re giving into stereotypes” fuck off, please. Most of those people are freaking white and shit. Like they’re head canons for a reason. Most people who head canon racially ambiguous characters as a certain race/ethnicity is because they want a character from backgrounds like them and people shitting on that sucks.)
