This is my new gofundme campaign. I had an old campaign but on another site called gogetfunding, but the donations were very slow. I collected $2,000 in 50 days or more, so I decided to start a new campaign on the famous site gofundme.

The goal now is to evacuate my family from the war, and the first person who will be evacuated is me so that I can register at a university in Egypt to study medicine before registration ends. Therefore, we want to achieve the goal soon, with your help. The universities in Gaza have been completely destroyed, but my dream, which has been with me since childhood, is still to study medicine. The Occupation has systematically destroyed every social infrastructure that makes civil society possible, whether it be healthcare, food systems, or education. They've targeted schools, hospitals, businesses, and every person who supports their community through their profession.
Rana and Ahmed (@ranafam2) are educators from Khan Younis, with Rana as a statistics professor at the Islamic University of Gaza and Ahmed as the principal of his school: both institutions have now been destroyed.
Palestinians have survived occupation for well over a century now, and they will remain steadfast, but they need your support.
Even with the ceasefire, resources are still limited and expensive. The weekly allowance for basic provisions like baby formula and flour is about $1000. Rana is also anticipating additional costs for baby formula, clothes, and natal care as she's eight months pregnant and expecting soon.
Finally with the ceasefire, Rana is hoping to evacuate with her family altogether. The cost of evacuation per person ranges from $5000 to $7000. If Rana gives birth before she can evacuate, that puts the total anticipated cost at $49,000 (5 children, 2 adults).

The situation is especially critical for my son, who suffers from hepatitis. His condition worsens by the day, and the treatment he needs is not available here. His only hope lies in receiving medical care outside of Gaza.
My wife Dina is also in urgent need of help. She is pregnant and suffering from preeclampsia, a life-threatening condition that requires specialized medical attention and a cesarean section. Unfortunately, the hospitals here lack the necessary facilities and resources. I fear for her life and the life of our unborn child because of the severe shortages of medical care, clean food, water, and a safe place to stay.
Adding to our hardship, my 13-year-old son and I were recently captured and tortured for a month. While I still bear the physical scars, my son is deeply traumatized by the experience.
I humbly ask for your help to evacuate my family from Gaza through the Rafah border crossing. We urgently need to relocate to a place where we can access life-saving medical care and a chance at safety.

When the war began, we were displaced from our dear home and dearest to my heart to tents in the city of Rafah (we do not know whether it is still standing or whether it was demolished by bombings and shelling). We were always moving from one shelter to another seeking shelter. For protection, and when Rafah was invaded, we were displaced and moved again to tents in Mawasi Khan Yunis. We were very tired, especially my mother, as she is sick with diabetes and gallstones.
Life in a tent is torment, pain, and oppression, a life without the minimum necessities of life, where there is no bedding, no flooring, sand surrounds you from all sides, no sanitary facilities, no water, whether for bathing or cleaning, and no drinking water. There are no detergents. Canned food is scarce and of poor quality
We miss fresh food,
Very high temperatures inside and outside the tent
The spread of dangerous infectious diseases, insects, toxic organisms, and other difficult matters of life, in addition to the danger of bombing and death that lurks around us every minute..
