Canon chuckles as he goes to grab his flight gear. He looks over to Yuna and wonders about her.

Canon tries to focus but seems to still be shut down in his own mind, it isnt until Fanon smacks him on the back of his head does he snap back into reality*

C.Hawks: Thank you.

F.Hawks: What would I do? Well, if you are trying to ruffle my feathers by saying pretty little things, that won't be very effective. Though I do appreciate you stroking my ego~

Some late night/ early morning thoughts:

Thinking about how after Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist are apologizing to Japan for all the lies and secrets they held from the public, and when Hawks is apologizing he looks very formal and his apology practiced. However, those who know Hawks on a bit more of a personal level, such as Rumi, Dabi, Tokoyami, his mother, etc., notice that Hawks is on the verge of a breakdown and are terrified that he masks his emotions so well, and that the crowd and other people don't notice that Hawks is a scared child who for once, doesn't know what to do, and he can't hide behind his wings or sleeves of his jacket. All he can do is put up his walls and hope for this press meeting to end so he can go lock himself up in his room and breakdown in solitude, where no one can see him at one of his lowest points in life.

Hawks: I like your new pants!

Dabi: Thanks, they were 50% off.

Hawks: I’d like them better if they were 100% off. [winks]

Dabi: The store can’t just give away clothes for free.

Hawks: That’s not-

Dabi: That’s a terrible way to run a business.

Omg, but couldn't you imagine when he finally crosses a dead bird fic? Omg, he would get off the internet for the rest of the week.

Toga introducing Hawks to fanfiction and while he's settled down and looking at his phone he asks "why would someone feel the need to tag that there's dead birds in the fic? Is it because I'm in it and have bird traits?" And there's just a moment of silence while everyone realizes what he means by tagging about dead birds and then Dabi just takes the phone from him and says nothing.

Hi! First, I wanted to thank you for your content, I really like your work and it’s refreshing to see “both” Hawks here! I hope I will not bother with my question but as you compare both Hawks, maybe you could enlighten me. Do you think any of the Hawks would share their name to a important someone? (Close friend/lover?) If they do, on which occasion, like do they need lots of time to trust and such? If they don’t, why? And would they change their mind or not? Thank you for reading this! 🙇‍♀

Now would they share their name?

Fanon? He would for sure give his name to someone he is very close to, whether it be a very dear friend or significant other. It would bother him like crazy to constantly be called by his hero name by his partner/close friend. It would be equal to your lover only referring to you formally, as if you were meeting for the first time every time you spoke. It would drive you up the wall! Though at formal occasions he would probably prefer to be called Hawks, just so he doesn't feel awkward around others when you talk to him.

Now Canon? I'd say he would still stick to being called Hawks, even if his partner/close friend knew his actual name. It would bother him if they called him by his first name, and more than likely make him uncomfortable due to only his parents calling him by his actual name, oh, and Dabi. (Minor spoilers to those who only seen the anime) It would bother him a lot, but he would maybe, MAYBE, allow his partner to call him by his first name. IF his relationship with them got that far and that serious. He would for sure not like you to call him by his name in public, but behind close doors, and in intimate moments, he would love nothing more than for you to say his name.

C.Hawks: Avoiding fans and just trying to get home can be really tiresome.

F.Hawks: Why avoid them? I love my fans!

C.Hawks: I love my fans too, but after a long day, all i want to do is relax and drink a nice cup of coffee.

F.Hawks: Then go to a cafe.

C.Hawks: Even at a cafe, I'd still be recognized and pestered.

F.Hawks: Aren't you supposed to be an optomist?

Went to see the new Jurassic World movie and now it makes me wonder what type of dino Hawks would be.

I feel like he would be an Archaeopteryx or a Microraptor. Small feathered dinosurs that lack power but are very fast.

Just watched a turf war between 2 crows, a hawk and 4 vultures. The vultures won.

So my power went out last night :) and all my progress got deleted :D now I have to re-write chapter 2... FUN
