I have put together a One punch man workout based on Saitama’s training to become a Hero but I would like to stress that doing this 7 days a week is not recommended especially the 10k run, I would say 3-4 day would be beneficial and supplementing the run for swimming or cycling to save on joint problems.

Since TSATS is coming out in 12 days, if anyone wants to reread all of Nico’s story so far without having to committ to rereading all 15+ books, a couple months ago I made a Nico di Angelo masterdoc with all his mentions and appearances. Every single one.
It’s got all of PJO, HOO and TOA. I didn’t get around to the shorts stories yet so it’s still a work in progress, but the main series are all there.

Foodspiration - recipe ♡
Ingredients:
1 medium zhuccini (55kcal)
1 carrot (14kcal)
1 cucumber (30kcal)
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce (45kcal)
2 tsp white sesame + 1 tsp black sesame (51kcal)
Spicy paprika powder, salt, pepper, a little bit of very spicy sauce (I used habanero)

Preparing:

-character who abled people think isn’t worth helping because of their disability, but actually has at least one skill essential to the survival of the group
-every time an abled person says something ignorant, all present disabled people look into the camera like they’re on the office
