Concept: an apocalyptic or post apocalyptic tv show centred on a group of disabled protagonists

Must include:

-enough details about how they survive that no one can call it “unrealistic”

-mental and physical disabilities 

-a character who isn’t necessarily contributing to the survival of the group, but is not abandoned or looked down upon

-at least one character whose disability is actually less of a problem for them now that the world is ending/ended (example: autistic character who used to be constantly overstimulated but no longer is)

Optional features:

-abled person says “the only disability in life is a bad attitude” and gets told where to stuff it

-creatively weaponized mobility aids/assistive devices

-character who abled people think isn’t worth helping because of their disability, but actually has at least one skill essential to the survival of the group

-every time an abled person says something ignorant, all present disabled people look into the camera like they’re on the office

Cannon Sebastian: Uhh, he is so gorgeous and sexy. Just look at the way he throws the butter knives and the way he says ‘yes my lord’! 10/10 the hottest and the best character in the show. 

Female Sebastian: WHAT A SLUT. She is so cringe when she says ‘yes my lord’. She is such a bitch to Ciel and needs to respect her master more. What the heck is with those butter knives anyway? There are so stupid. THIS MAID SUCKS SHIT. Go back to hell where you belong and leave Ciel alone!

Cannon Ciel: I love how he is so mature, not to mention he is so smart for his age! What a badass! Poor baby, his parents and his home burnt down in a fire and got kidnapped by some crazy cult, he needs more love. I love how he’s so spoilt, it’s actually funny to watch. 

Female Ciel: WHAT A SPOILT LITTLE BITCH. Who does she think she is? She thinks she is so smart, acting all high and mighty with that ‘know it all’ attitude. Bitch you need to treat your butler with respect! Maybe the manor lit on fire because of your shit attitude.

YouTube Channels for Your Quarantine Workout Needs

Rebel Wilson had an amazing 2020 despite everything that happened around the world because she made it her year of health, and I’m taking notes from her and transferring that energy to 2021 for myself. I’m planning to get out of this quarantine the hottest I’ve ever been and to then hit the nice gyms around town. While I’m currently unable to do that, I’m utilizing this time to save money and working out free by using different YouTube channels that offer these videos. Below are some of my favorites! 

1. Emi Wong

Last year I found out that everyone and their mother were doing Chloe Ting’s workouts like there’s no tomorrow. I naturally had to check out for myself what the rave is all about. Her workouts are great, but for me they’re just a little too hardcore. So, I found an alternative. Emi’s workouts are still challenging, she posts regularly, and her husband’s cameos are quite entertaining. You can find targeted exercises as well as full-body workouts.

2. The Fitness Marshall

You’re having a bad day and you just want to let it all out? Then look no further than to The Fitness Marshall. Caleb and his crew regularly put out hip hop dance workout videos to today’s hit songs. You will sweat and you will laugh, his videos are literally an antidote to any negativity you might be feeling at a particular moment in time. I guarantee that the videos will lift your spirits up!

3. Sweaty Betty Ballet Workouts

I am 100% inspired by @sylth-glow when I looked up ballet workout videos on YouTube. There aren’t that many videos, but the few that exist will make you feel graceful, improve your posture, and tone you up! I love the cohosts and I strive to emulate their fluidity in movements. I’m still far from where I want to be, but at least I’m not where I used to be. Maybe when quarantine’s over I will take adult ballet classes.

4. Popsugar Fitness

I’m linking to just one video, which is arguably my favorite of all, but Popsugar Fitness is to me the IT workout channel on YouTube. You can literally find any and all types of workouts on there. Some of my favorite instructors are Christa DiPaolo (her boxing videos truly kick ass), Nicole Stein (girl’s got moves), and Marnie Alton (she’s very flexible). Check them all out and find some that you love and keep doing them!

5. 375 Dance Studio

As you can already tell, I love to dance and I think that as a society (mostly Western and East or Southeast Asian), we just don’t dance enough! I do their exercises when I want to feel sexy, burn some calories + tone up, and get out of my head. I’m an over thinker (it’s a work in progress!), so being able to move my body more and to have my body take over my brain is a joy for me. I envision myself dancing these sensual Latin dances with a partner in the near future, but for now this will suffice.

Running progression workout:

Running Progression Workout:

Here we are going to be looking at a workout that will enhance your running capabilities, this will help with your speed and endurance it will also include 1-2 days in the gym to help bring that power into your legs.

Stage one:

To begin with you will start with running twice a week for 20 minutes at a medium pace and at the weekend you will do 40 minutes low consistent pace jog.

Keep this up until it becomes easy once that happens switch to this.

Stage two:

2 days a week 20-30 minutes

You will sprint for 1-2minutes then light jog for up to 5 minutes then sprint again 1-2 minutes and repeat.

At the weekend go for a 1 hour jog at a medium pace.

Continue this for up to four weeks.

Stage three:

Run for miles. So one day a week see how far you can run and set that as the goal to beat each week.

Run and sprint. Day two Run at a medium pace at 8 minute intervals sprint for 2 minutes then drop back down to running at a medium pace and repeat. Record how long you did it for and aim for longer next session.

At the weekend go for a light jog for an hour.

Deadlifts 4x8

Deadlifts pretty much work everything but the focus it put on the hamstring, lower back etc have a big crossover for sprinting.

Bulgarian split squats 2x15 each leg

The Bulgarian split squat is good because your training on one foot which help builds balance and stability in the lower leg.

Hang and clean 3x5

The hang and clean is a big power move you have no choice but to be explosive to shift the weight which again has a big crossover for running and sprinting.

Sled push 4-6 laps

Sled push is great as you can add a small amount of weight and do laps for endurance or really load it down to make it power workout and really put your legs and core through hell.

Broad jumps 2 lengths

With the broad jump, jump as far as you can as soon as you land jump again, this is another explosive movement.

Just so you don't become unbalanced I recommend also doing these exercises.

Bar bench press 5x5

Lat pulldown 4x8

Dumbbell shoulder press 3x15

Dumbbell curls 3x10

Tri pushdowns 3x15

Hanging leg raises 3x10
