Day 78:

I saw cats

Day 34: Cajun seasoning today for those that don't have any of those good ol' Louisiana spices.

2 Tablespoons paprika (smoked or sweet are pretty good)

1 Tablespoon iodine or kosher salt

1 ½ Tablespoons granulated pepper (mixed)

1 ½ Tablespoons granulated garlic

1 Tablespoon granulated chili

Some dried parsley

Some dried oregano

Some dried chervil

1 Teaspoon thyme

This is my personal preference, feel free to add or subtract from it.

"granulated [food] " is another word for "ground [food]" except that it doesn't mean "powdered [food]"

Day 27: Kiel (Ships) and Lübeck (brick constructions)

Lübeck has so many brick houses, it's really cool. Fun fact: Lübeck is known for being one of the first cities to ever produce Marzipan. It has been producing Marzipan since before 1800.

Wednesday, 19 April; Day 1.

Felt bad (cold + headache), went home and made some coltsfoot tea. It somehow tastes really good but I vividly remember hating it as a child.

Going to make more tea later, if anyone sees this, recommend me some good blends.
