Post chest workout, Monday August 19th. Did 65lb dumbbell presses for 18-20 reps, Hammer Machine(upper and lower) 15-18 reps, incline flies machine 130lbs 15 reps, chest press machine 80lbs 25 reps. #exhausted #pumped #bodybuilding #worldgym
Shoulder shape is starting to become better. Worked front, side, and back of Delts today. 1/8/13.
Biceps on January 24th. Energy was really low because of a head cold, but I did 5 sets of 6-8 Reps: Barbell Curl Seated Dumbbell Curl Preacher Curl Standing Isolation Curls Barbell Wrist Curls Reverse Wrist Curls EZ Bar Lying Tricep Press Press Downs 1 Arm Rope Cable Kickbacks

Post arm work out 12/13/12
Did 225 for 2 sets of 3 Reps and did 230 for 3 reps on the decline bench. Used the Hammer Machine for Incline and did 145 on each side for 6 reps. Most ever on all 3.
