This was after my arm workout today. I super settled Bi's and Tri's. 3 movements for each, so a total of 6 today, with 30-40 seconds of rest between sets. Rep range went from 16,12,8,12.

Post chest workout, Monday August 19th. Did 65lb dumbbell presses for 18-20 reps, Hammer Machine(upper and lower) 15-18 reps, incline flies machine 130lbs 15 reps, chest press machine 80lbs 25 reps. #exhausted #pumped #bodybuilding #worldgym
