-1 hour after you ate(at least)
-not intense if you’re fasting
-morning before you eat and weigh yourself
✦ Eating before or after a workout ✦
-if you eat before a workout try keeping the meal light so that your workout will go easier and you won’t feel as bad while doing it
-if you eat after a workout eat something that has protein such as a banana or a blueberry smoothie(if u can, make the smoothie yourself)

If you eat 1000+ cals a day, you can still have an ed
If you binge and don’t purge, you can still have an ed
If you don’t drink 2L of water in a day, you can still have an ed
If you eat 3 meals a day, you can still have an ed
If you’ve never been diagnosed, you can still have an ed
If you’re not in the “underweight” category for your BMI, you can still have an ed
There are no stipulations. No rules. No specific behaviors that you HAVE to have for you to be sick
If you think you have an eating disorder, you probably do. So don’t think that you’re not sick bc you’re “too big” or don’t do everything that everyone else does. Your symptoms are just as valid as anyone else’s.
