it’s not about hoping or waiting, it’s about knowing and acting accordingly. if you grip things hard, use that. grip reality like a steering wheel and yank it where you want it to go. refuse to entertain the idea that it won’t work. shifting isn’t delicate; it doesn’t need to be tiptoed around. if you’re someone who latches on, then latch on to the certainty that you are where you want to be.

yes, you’ve read the title right. every night, you manifest sleeping, in a way, don’t you? you close your eyes, assume you are asleep, and pretend as if you are already sleeping yes? you are merely setting the intention to sleep, and you’ve been successfully manifesting this ever since you were alive. it wasn’t taught to you, you never learned it from anyone else. it simply came naturally to you. that’s the power and the reality of manifestation, we’ve been doing it all our lives.
so now, why not apply the same principle to shifting and manifestation? you’ve already mastered the act of manifesting falling asleep, so i can assure you, you can manifest anything else, no matter what it is.
when you’re about to fall asleep, you have the confidence that you’ll fall asleep right? you won’t think “oh what if i don’t fall asleep” or “maybe i’ll fall asleep next week” right? you firmly know and believe that you will fall asleep, no matter what. whether it rains or shines, storms or snows, you KNOW that you will in fact, be asleep eventually. even if you’re awake now, you know you’ll be asleep soon. this is exactly the kind of mindset you require for manifesting/shifting. just know that no matter what you are experiencing in the 3d, you have already shifted. you already have your desires. you are living your dream life. stop giving so much power to the 3d. take control of your life, and lead it in the direction you desire. even if you don’t see/hear/feel/smell/taste it yet, it is there. it has already happened. stay confident that you have what you want, even if you aren’t seeing anything that indicates you have it. if you keep doing this, you will have your desires in no time. continue to persist that you have it.
all you must do it assume and believe. you already have it. trust that you have it. act as if you have it. if you want to shift, you don’t even have to do this the entire day or for weeks, you can simply do it as you’re about to shift or sleep. that's quite literally all you need, i promise. “oh i'm in my cr bed” no no no, you’re in your dr bed. accept it. it is the truth, you can’t run away from it. “oh i hear my cr family and cr sounds” no you don’t? that's your dr friends and family. everything you’re hearing is a sound from your dr. utilise everything that’s happening around you and take advantage of it. no matter what is happening, you are in your dr. you always have been, and always will be. so the next time you’re drifting off into sleep, stay in the state of knowing and believing that you already have your desires, or that you are in your desired reality. visualize or imagine it if you want, or simply feel that it is true. prolong this state for as long as you can, and it will come true faster than you can imagine. good luck 🩷

I feel like that’s something most of us have thought about at least once. waking up and immediately trying to figure out what we did wrong.
today, I woke up here again and the first thing I thought about was exactly that. because tell me why this keeps happening over and over again? why am I against myself? what’s not working? but thankfully (!!), I clocked myself with “if you keep looking for mistakes, that’s all you’re gonna focus on instead of just moving forward.” and that literally made me stop in my tracks.
it’s very easy to spiral over what went wrong, to repeatedly look for mistakes within ourselves, as if it has to be a reason why you didn’t shift those times. but what I realized is that when things don’t go as planned, our ego steps in and starts to analyze what went wrong and trying to find solutions.
“if we find the problem, we can fix it!” but here’s the issue. the more we look for mistakes, the more we focus on the past, replaying what didn’t work, instead of just simply moving forward. it’s like driving a car while only looking in the rearview mirror instead of at the road ahead. if we keep searching for what went wrong, we might completely miss what’s actually going right.
shifting was never about how hard you tried, how strongly you believed, if you let go enough or whether you had the right mindset. it never was. so, if there’s anything I can tell you (and myself) is this: keep going. yes, keep going. you probably expected something more fun than that but honestly, you already know everything. you know how to shift. there’s nothing more to say.
the only, only and ONLY thing you need to do now is to keep focusing on your goal, because please tell me what happens when you keep going? yeah, that’s right. you succeed. you shift. not because you figured everything out or stepped up your game, but because you simply refused to stop.
your goal is the only thing that matters. not the doubts, not the (what it feels like) failures and not how you feel in certain moments. just your goal!
and, remember: looking for mistakes and wondering “what went wrong” only keeps you trapped in the same old cycle you’ve been in this whole time.
it’s time to let go of the past and focus on your true goal: your reality. <3

you don’t repeatedly check with the chef to see if your food is done yet. you don’t repeatedly check the oven to see if your cookies are done. you don’t repeatedly check your seed to see if it’s grown. you simply trust that it’s being taken care of. so, just because you’re not seeing your shifting progress does not mean it’s not happening, even when it may feel the opposite.

if it's not happening, it's because you’re still treating the 3d like it's anything but your own assumption reflecting back to you. still assuming lack while saying abundance. still looking for signs instead of stepping into the thing as if it's already yours.
nothing external needs to change. your state does. and that can happen in one second, in one thought.
you keep checking . . . ౨ৎ the second you look over your shoulder to see if it worked, you're signalling it hasn't. assumption doesn't need confirmation. assumption doesn't peek. ꒰ what to do , stop asking. stop waiting. decide it's done and get on with your life. keep walking.
subconscious doubts . . . ౨ৎ somewhere deep, under the clean sentences you say out loud, there's a voice. 'what if it's not real?' 'what if i'm not good enough?' it camps out in the marrow, slowing you down before you ever start. ꒰ what to do , rewire yourself. not once, not wistfully. daily, methodically. affirm it until it's more instinct than wish.
overthinking the methods . . . ౨ৎ you're not assembling a bomb. you're not cracking the human genome. shifting isn't method worship. it's assumption. ꒰ what to do , pick what feels natural. raven, lullaby, drift, whatever stops the noise. trust the simplicity. complexity is a coffin.
intellectualising it to death . . . ౨ৎ you read every shifting post, watched every youtube guide, diagrammed every method. ꒰ what to do , get out of your head and into your body. shifting is sensation before it's strategy.
fear of success or change . . . ౨ৎ self-sabotage wears a hundred faces. sometimes it's something that says you're safer in longing than in arrival. the mind clings to its ruins because they are familiar. ꒰ what to do , dig out the rot. write out your fears like you're testifying. remind yourself that change is not exile. you're allowed to cross thresholds.
you want it to feel like magic . . . ౨ৎ you expect fireworks. epiphanies. sensations. if it doesn't sparkle, you think it didn't happen. ꒰ what to do , stop chasing signs. reality shifts quiet. like changing the channel. no drama, just difference.
impatience . . . ౨ৎ you feel ready. you want it yesterday. but checking the oven every two minutes doesn't bake the cake faster. it breaks the heat. ꒰ what to do , behave as if it's already yours. embody the arrival. impatience is a leak, seal it.
you think there's a gap . . . ౨ৎ a gap between you and your desire. between thought and result. between you and your dr. ꒰ what to do , there is no gap. the second you decided, it existed. the delay's a hallucination.
comparing yourself to others . . . ౨ৎ watching other shifters score touchdowns doesn't mean you're fumbling. you're running a different play entirely. ꒰ what to do , stay on your field. trust your timeline. celebrate every inch forward like you invented it.
