Sometimes I think about the Ugolino statue in the Musée d'Orsay where he's sitting, surrounded by his sons, gnawing at his fingers.

The way their hands all claw at his legs?? while he's clawing at his hands?? And you can just feel everything on each of their pained expressions- the hunger, the desperation. THE LITERAL REPRESENTATION OF DECISIONS EATING AT YOU

For one of my classes I'm having to do a replica of an object, and I'm doing a bell, which had to menguante due to technical problems, but no problem because it's still cute.

Day 8/30

Okay, today I'm way better than last week to be honest so I'm posting two photos of my final assignment in volume, the first one is the "definitive" one and the second is before my teacher did any kind of intervention. I'm quite happy with the result.

3/30day of productivity

I have to make a reproduction of the head in the background for my introduction to volume class, and I just want to say that is harder than I expected it to be, because clay is weird to work with, along with the fact that I've never done this is my life

I also made April and Mayhem! I finished the two a bit ago at the beginning of summer. I am currently finishing up the Jones and will hopefully post about them soon. April was also lovely compared to her brothers. They are pains in the butt.

I currently just need to start on Draxum, and Mikey since I am going to remake his body. I haven't really gotten to splinter yet even though I started painting him. I'm actually thinking of doing characters like big mom and mister bone man. Have a lovely day/night!
