“Boom box”: Around his belt, small speakers allowing him to throw his voice
Reinforced gloves, boots: Blunt force weaponry
Protective chest, elbow and knee padding
Main weapon of choice: Nunchucks. Has an in-out device. Allows for increased volume if spoken into.
Ear piece: Allows heightened hearing and protection from his own quirk
Bandana: Covers mouth to conceal true nature of his quirk and hides his identity. Directs voice with cone-like object underneath while still allowing his jaw to move freely.

After a long time of having little to no motivation to finish a full piece, seeing @nebrasska-alasska's Shadow build-a-bear in a prom dress somehow worked.
