1° Make a reference to the history of both kingdoms. How history repeats itself, that Silver and Malleus will fight the same battle that ruined both families.
2° It's to show that unlike Silver's father, the armor this time is being used to SAVE a Draconia and not kill it. Silver's whole point at this point is that he wants to save Malleus, he wants his weird family back.
3° Every time they say it's "colonizer's armor" I feel like no one has studied the Middle Ages and how kingdoms work. You know Leona's kingdom? They definitely killed a lot of people to get that size, because that's how territorial expansion worked, to the point that war criminals from royal families were treated worse than slaves back then. Like, for the love of God.
