That is right! The 9th of September is the birthday of V, who has a heart as wide as the sky, born with the same color as the clear sky!

The members of the RFA decided to do something for V, who has been working with his cameras without a rest.

On his birthday this year, you would be a photographer in person on behalf of V so that he could get some rest with no worries!

hello. i am making a picrew. here is the early release to play with. it is still in very early stages of development and a lot of the features will be changed as i work on it. current hairstyles are placeholders and will be redone. full release planned for sometime within the next month:

planned updates: - item icons - hair revamp (colors, clean lines, proper rendering) - more eyes (colors and styles), blindness and cybernetic eyes - more eyebrows - piercings - facial hair - albinism + vitiligo - more scars + second scar option - clone armor, officer uniform, random accessories

**note - mouths will need to be manually lowered via the movement panel on the right side. that one is on me lol
