I was nasty af to myself, porn porn porn, didnt take bath, was absolutely filthy. So much of anger and contempt. Way too filthy, of anyone needs a clean girl routine, it should be me

Day 36 - 24/02/25 (Monday)

Yesterday 23/02/25 (11 pm) i decided i need a better life. I thought i needed a breakup but i really love him and i would love to live well with him. I took a bath, did my routine, and started Agatha Christie's death in the Nile book. I am planning to start taking therapy and then a couple therapy to heal myself.

Eyes are burning a bit cause of sleeping late. Head hurts a bit.

On march 3rd I'll be taking permission from my manager for the Japan trip. May 10 - May 20 (7 days holiday). That trip is a gift for myself for international women's day and my birthday

Things to do in this next 7 days ( Feb 24 - Mar 2 )

-- find myself a terapist

-- journal everyday

2. Excersize - 20 mins walk, 10 mins dance, 10 mins yoga stretch, 15 mins breathing, 5 mins anapana

3. Bath/skin/hair care - 30 mins

4. No tolerance towards porn

6. Note down all the food you intake

8. Git revision

9. Finish C programming playlist

10. Finish C programming book

14. Sleep by 10 pm sharp

Day 17 - 5/2/25

Well!!!?!!!! Accident ???? Yeah, left for office to take metroool!!! But wow the bike guy let me down lpl. A perpendicular hit and i fell!!!! Pretty bad !!! I cried not causw of the pain, but why my left leg again, good thing was i had a good helment and my hoodie, saced my head and hamd, my jeans was also a life saviour.... Wow yesterday mentally unwell and today physically!!!

Ohhh happy news happened that day, i merged my changes to the master branch heheheehejehejeejejejej, and then i came home attended the meeting and all. My friend texted me midnight asking for a change in plans to meet. I told her very nicely to go fuck herself. Like seriously!!! 25 year old and her parents yell at her. I tired but couldn't keep it.
