I am restarting my goal for this year from scratch. I feel this will give me a fresh start and a fresh goal to work with.

Semester 1 - 8/4/25 10 am - 8/10/25

Goal 1 - To be a better engineer ( To work as though i am planning to get into the phD program at MIT in my domain )

-- Expertise in the domain i am working in

-- Expertise in subjects i studied in my master

-- Expertise in subjects i studied in bachelor's

-- Expertise in SOLID programming

-- Publish at least 2 papers

-- At least apply for 2 patents

-- Expertise in engineering mathematics

Goal 2 - To have better physical health

-- To go to the park every weekend (Friday | Saturday | Sunday) -- 6 am to 8 am

-- To do a 30 mins walk in the park (morning)

-- To have a dance session for 15 mins (m)

-- To stretch for 15 mins (m)

-- To do strength training for 15 mins (m)

-- To breathe for 15 mins (m)

-- Walk 10 mins (n)

-- Dance 10 mins (n)

-- Stretch 10 mins (before sleep)

-- Sleep 6 hours compulsory (9 am to 3 am)

3. To have a better mental health

-- Teraphy session twice a week 1 hour

---- wednesday - 8 pm to 9 pm

---- Saturday - 8 pm to 9 pm

-- meditation everyday night (9 pm to 10 pm)

4. Learn ukulele | join knife painting class learn it

5. Learn skateboard

6. Adopt a cat

7. Visit south korea

one of the biggest things I can advocate for (in academia, but also just in life) is to build credibility with yourself. It’s easy to fall into the habit of thinking of yourself as someone who does things last minute or who struggles to start tasks. people will tell you that you just need to build different habits, but I know for me at least the idea of ‘habit’ is sort of abstract and dehumanizing. Credibility is more like ‘I’ve done this before, so I know I can do it, and more importantly I trust myself to do it’. you set an assignment goal for the day and you meet it, and then you feel stronger setting one the next day. You establish a relationship with yourself that’s built on confidence and trust. That in turn starts to erode the barrier of insecurity and perfectionism and makes it easier to start and finish tasks. reframing the narrative as a process of building credibility makes it easier to celebrate each step and recognize how strong your relationship with yourself can become

Day 36 - 24/02/25 (Monday)

Theme of this work - Self love ❤️

Yesterday 23/02/25 (11 pm) i decided i need a better life. I thought i needed a breakup but i really love him and i would love to live well with him. I took a bath, did my routine, and started Agatha Christie's death in the Nile book. I am planning to start taking therapy and then a couple therapy to heal myself.

Eyes are burning a bit cause of sleeping late. Head hurts a bit.

On march 3rd I'll be taking permission from my manager for the Japan trip. May 10 - May 20 (7 days holiday). That trip is a gift for myself for international women's day and my birthday

Things to do in this next 7 days ( Feb 24 - Mar 2 )

-- find myself a terapist

-- journal everyday

1. Finish all the pending company work

2. Excersize - 20 mins walk, 10 mins dance, 10 mins yoga stretch, 15 mins breathing, 5 mins anapana

3. Bath/skin/hair care - 30 mins

4. No tolerance towards porn

5. No tolerance towards junk food

6. Note down all the food you intake

7. Python course completion

8. Git revision

9. Finish C programming playlist

10. Finish C programming book

11. Ubuntu command line revision

12. Makefile revision

13. C compilation process

14. Sleep by 10 pm sharp

-- night excersize - 10 mins walk, 10 mins dance, bath , yoga stretch, 10 mins anapana

15. Engineering mathematics - linear algebra, calculus , probability and statistics

16. Operation system notes

17. DIP notes

Time table for next 5 days

1. 4:00 am - wake up

2. 5:30 am - excersize

3. 6:30 am - bath

4. 7:00 am - breakfast

5. 8:15 am - Work

6. 7:00 pm - work

7. 9:00 pm - excersize and night routine

8. 10:00 pm - sleep

I did not feel mentally good, i was miserable, nothing was working for me... Was feeling very very shitty mentally and jist couldnt revive myself

But why ? It sounds sooo stupid of me to put so much pressure and push myself that hard to the point where i couldn't just get back up.

Whats the end game ?

C- suite executive? America?

I had a pretty good day today,. excersized well in the morning, was in a good mood, finished writing a python script. One thing I'll be work tomorrow with highest priority is getting my script to sell and document my testing and present it to the higher level people. Fun evening, watched SOTUS, THEY ARE SOOO FUCKING CUTEEE... OOO I SAW STARS, JUPITER MARS ORION !! GOOD DAY ... GOODNIGHT

Day 3 - 23/4/25 (Wednesday)

Well, we are having some technical conference in our company and there were many great things happening around. I spent time listening to start up co founder and really awesome research professors.

I finished debugging whatever was causing issue, i just dont know if things work

Eeeehhh, i should realise as an engineer i need to embrass problems and find efficient solution

Anyway, one guy kinda pissed me off today. But fuck him.

I am writing a oisuga rain fic, hehehe it is sooo fun to read for myself.
