Welcome!!
Welcome to an ask blog dedicated entirely to an AU illustrated in an imitation of the Overly Sarcastic Productions style!
This is NOT an official blog made by the original creators, it is completely fan-made and the style is wholly unoriginal. Please support the actual creators below!

About
This AU is dedicated to an interpretation of The Six Eared Macaque if he had been spared in the original story!
It is important to note that this is Canon Inspired, not Canon based. Journey to the West is a largely allegorical story that could be interpreted in various ways, and has a lot of cultural implications that may be lost on Western readers.
I, the creator of this blog, am a Western reader who is not at all a reliable source of information.
Rules
Be Respectful. The original story is a classic Chinese novel. I make a lot of jokes and goofs but be mindful of what you are asking
Criticism is Constructive. As mentioned before I am a Western reader! And a novice at best when it comes to understanding this classic novel. Therefore I wholly accept criticism and advice when it comes to applying certain aspects of the story to my au. However I won’t tolerate insults. If a post comes off as offensive you are free to address it privately and I will either correct myself or delete the post.
No NSFW. Heavy themes will have trigger warnings! However blatant smut or nsfw will not be tolerated in the ask box
No spam. If I have not answered your ask please do not repeat the same question. I do indeed read them all! However I can only pick and choose what I respond to.
No Commissions. I will not be profiting off of the OSP style in any way! And will not accept commissions specific to this AU. If you want to see my original works please visit my art blog!
(Any other rules will be added in the future)

I play this game
AU where Dib and Zim end up getting stuck in a cursed forest that otherwise functions as a purgatory on Earth–Limbo.
Any time they both die, they get sent back to where they first fell down and Zim is the one who remembers each failure and is increasingly more and more upset at how bad Dib is at not dying. He has to keep going back to the start because he loses his motivation to do anything if his nemesis is gone.
Maybe one day they’ll make a perfect run and get out of there.
I needed to do this crossover hhhhhhhhhh
Also not good at painting which is how I did this entire thing in save for the panels and character lineart. Rip
A bunch of people asked for some Zadr with the Yander AU, so i did it :y

art is that wonderful thing that makes you take out what you have inside and doing it if it's enough, for me it is because that's how I get everything.
Make art for yourself!! Art should be indulgent and fun and be the things you want to make. I think because of the big push for representation in mainstream media (which is important) people feel like their personal art now has to be there to appeal to a wide audience and give others the exact content and representation they want to see, but that’s not true at all.
If you’re not a big company controlling the media, you should never be held to that responsibility. If you represent marginalized experiences or want to tell certain stories it should be because it’s important to you, not because others demand your art be that for them (plus it’ll be more authentic and genuine that way).
The line between personal art and mainstream media unfortunately gets progressively blurred due to social media connecting everyone, but they are ultimately two different things and people should be allowed to use their personal art to explore their own or other experiences, make sense of themselves, or just have fun and be indulgent without any expectations to uphold to satisfy a larger audience.
Personal art should not exist to fill the roles that is expected of mainstream media. Your art exists for you and it’s your communication tool.
