Did 225 for 2 sets of 3 Reps and did 230 for 3 reps on the decline bench. Used the Hammer Machine for Incline and did 145 on each side for 6 reps. Most ever on all 3.
Don't have any really "before" pictures but this is after a year after really trying to eat clean and hit the weights everyday. Joined World Gym in October of 2011.
Post chest workout, Monday August 19th. Did 65lb dumbbell presses for 18-20 reps, Hammer Machine(upper and lower) 15-18 reps, incline flies machine 130lbs 15 reps, chest press machine 80lbs 25 reps. #exhausted #pumped #bodybuilding #worldgym
