Post shoulder workout 12/18/12. Working on getting stronger and adding lean mass.
Did 225 for 2 sets of 3 Reps and did 230 for 3 reps on the decline bench. Used the Hammer Machine for Incline and did 145 on each side for 6 reps. Most ever on all 3.
This was after my arm workout today. I super settled Bi's and Tri's. 3 movements for each, so a total of 6 today, with 30-40 seconds of rest between sets. Rep range went from 16,12,8,12.

Spider Sit Ups with a 30 lb medicine ball on my legs. Held for 1 minute then did 3 more reps of 40 seconds.
Overall shape isn't what I hoped it would be by now but it's better. Added 5 lbs in last 3 months. This is during a chest workout 12/10/12.
