Once again, Infinity Train has proven that apparently Owen Dennis has complete and unfettered access to my journal. Or maybe he's seen my memory tape.
Man, this is such a good show.
I saw the all left AU by @sabertoothwalrus and I had to draw something for it.
It was frantic and rushed and desperate because I had to get it out, I used exactly two brushes and two colors and it looks terrible but I HAD TO GET IT OUT
Take my art and let me cry
When Adrien gets out from under Gabriel's thumb, I imagine he's going to wear a bunch of disgustingly unstylish clothes. I don't mean he'll start wearing styles that Gabriel objects to; I mean he'll start wearing styles that everyone objects to.
If you think this looks bad . . . thank you, that's the point
Pidge is a mechanic with a knack for chemistry (see Varian from TTS). Her father and brother go exploring in neighboring lands for their kingdom, but contact with them is lost during a storm. Pidge has to use all her engineering skills to find and save them. The kingdom fights her and her search every step of the way, for reasons Pidge hasn't been able to determine. Do they just not see the point of wasting resources saving two people? Or do they have something to hide?
Lance is a guard who escorts Pidge home after she storms into the castle demanding the royal family send a rescue team after her family. He starts spending time with her and helping her on her mission--partly because he believes it's wrong the kingdom refuses to give her aid, and partly because he can't help but find the ruthless little genius fascinating.
Almost definitely never going to write this, but I do like the idea, and I had to illustrate it. Pidge hasn't bothered to get a haircut recently in this drawing--her hair is overgrown and messy, but also rather cute.
I wrote another fic, Marichat this time, about headaches or something
Just a short platonic Pallura comfort fic.
🎉If you get this, answer with 3 random facts about yourself and send it to the last 7 blogs in your notifications, anonymously or not! Let's get to know the person behind the blog. :)
This is so cute! Let's see, three random facts. I've never lived anywhere for more than three years, I'm trained in search and rescue techniques (technically. it's been a minute), and I love to hike! I feel like I'm very obvious about my nerdiness and love of art on here so I thought I'd try to throw in some other parts of myself with this
I drew some angsty Adrien Agreste and couldn't decide which version I prefered, so I'll just post both.
On second thought, I like yours better.
Pidge: Well, looks like the world is in trouble again.
Lance: Ah, yet again. What a tragedy that our evening is booked. *shoots Pidge a meaningful glare*.
Pidge: *grabs her super suit*Â Lance...Â
Lance: I know, I know, world first. *pulls on his super suit* But I’m still going to complain anyway. I mean, it took me two months to get you to agree to something romantic! Two months! I feel like the supervillains could wait a couple more hours to unleash hell on us, right?
Pidge: If supervillains planned their evil schemes around your convenience, they’d never get anything done. That’s why they don’t do it. I’m sure they’ve considered it, of course, it just didn’t fit in with their schedule.
(they run off into the distance, still bickering and bantering, their voices fading as they get further away)
Lance: Well, duh, but I think one friendly exception isn’t much to ask.
Pidge: From a supervillain?
Lance: Fair, but I’m still bitter. Two months of begging!
Pidge: Begging and blackmailing. Don’t forget blackmailing.
Lance: Of course! What’s love without a little blackmail?
I saw this, and . . .
I feel like we can all agree that Pidge would be the one trying to find her paladin armour for something, and Lance would be the one standing in the background whining "but you promised you'd have dinner with me! I had candles and music planned and everything! How could you do this to me?"
Now this is a Lake drawing I'm actually proud of!
I feel like Lake is such a gender mood that keeping her cis is a betrayal of her character, but at the same time, I watched a hundred minutes of her being a her, and I can't turn off that instinct. So Lake is a nonbinary woman in my head.
You can call me Starry! I'm a fan artist and fanfiction writer. She/her, asexual. I'm a huge nerd (and by that, I mean I love math, science, and language). I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Reblog blog is @starryarchitect-reblogs, queer mormon blog is @acemormon.
