Taranza Headcannons because I’m bored

Taranza lives in a little cottage near the whispy woods with a small garden space in his backyard. He’s considered moving deeper into the woods, but he doesn’t want to disturb the animals or whispy himself.

The eyes on the back of his head are nearsighted and are only really good for detecting motion for his own safety

He was one of the first few (alongside Susie) to try and sympathize with the Mage Sisters after the death of Hyness, especially Zan

He keeps a small journal to help him cope with his anxiety and depression and he often writes most things on his mind inside. As a result, he tries to keep anyone and everyone from seeing it out of fear of what they’ll think or that they’ll start to worry about him more.

He also writes poetry on occasion as an outlet!

He occasionally speaks with a nervous stutter and has a tendency to fumble his words even around people he’s comfortable with.

He knows how to sew! Or at least enough to mend fabric and clothing. He’s considering learning a bit more to perhaps start on some basic clothes on his own.

He gets more sleepier during the cold seasons as a result of being the species that he is. It is mostly to conserve energy and warmth during the winter months to avoid needing to stay out in the cold. His current record is sleeping for almost two whole days.

love how meta knight started out as a dark, mysterious and powerful being but has gradually turned into a soft yet stupid chad with a sword and a son he needs to pick up from school

I don't think I want to see him at full power either. But sadly, someone had the bright idea to give us Disbelief Papyrus. But even then, his sprite doesn't move all that much. Even the fan fight sprites move a good bit. This was either laziness, wanting to keep the original charm, or simply the creator's subliminal way of communicating the hidden message to us that Papyrus is basically god-tier.

Papyrus’ battle is fucking weird an unnatural and here’s why.

Ok so, think about the battle sprites. 

Nabstablook’s eyes shake so, constatly moving. 

Toriel stays VERY still but her expression changes enough to make up for that.

Undyne? bouncing. hair blowing in the wind. 

Mad Dummy? bouncing. 

Mettaton? Dancing his motherfucking heart out. 

Asgore? bounceing. 

Asriel? flying around at the speed of sound. 

Sans? bouncing, swaying side to side. 

Almost all the other monsters bounce and sway as well. 

What’s weird about Papyrus’ battle is he doesn’t move at all.

His cape could be flowing in the wind. But no. Completely still. He could be moving at ALL but nope. But you know what’s REALLY WEIRD?? During the battle…Papyrus’ mouth doesn’t even move. watch a playthrough again….i’m right. 

During Papyrus’ date he moves, his mouth moves, his expression changes, he’s very active. 

But in his battle? Nothing. A statue. It’s like there’s a cardboard cut out of Papyrus.  Papyrus, the most active charecter in undertale not moving a mother fucking inch.
