Well said. I have just been way more busy lately, but yeah, it is discouraging when I do manage to write something it only gets like a third of the notes now. I am so extremely appreciative of those people, even one note is amazing really, but it really makes you start to wonder if people are losing interest in your work. Or just do not like it.
I think youâre right, some of the content creators I knew almost dont post anything anymore. Those who do get less traffic unless theyâre style is really good, on hype or if theyâre content includes Kamilah (since sheâs really popular). All I see in my dash are shitposts whether funny, edgy etc. and theyâre the ones who gets most traffic. I still like those but its like 70% shitposts and 20% fanfics, 10% edits, fanarts, aesthetics etc. I just miss seeing more creative content in my dash.
This is very true. People stopped creating original content and started making more shitposts than ever, but thatâs probably because of notes. Someone that doesnât like a certain character, wonât like or rb a post, while a shitpost speaks to everyone. Itâs sad to see so many great writers/editors/artists stop posting their stuff, bc of some notes. They seem to think that their stuff is unimportant, even though thatâs what a fandom is about. When they get like 60 notes, while a not very funny post gets 1k in one night, its not very surprising that they feel discouraged.
Meanwhile at the PB emergency meeting...
"WHO LEAKED THIS INFORMATION? WE WERE GOING TO CHARGE FOR THAT!"
Crack theory time.
The Endless Summer crew managed to save the World, but unbeknownst to them they ended up back in time.
So they hop onto a plane and start flying back home. But because Jake is flying they crash and die horribly.
The only thing to survive the crash unscathed is Jakeâs jacket (because it got âaccidentallyâ thrown from the plane). The jacket is blown away by the wind until it is found by a Berry High student
And that is how Micheal Harison got his signature lookâŠ.
Agreed. Plus there are no details about the specific job itself. It could just be a management job. I was considered a manager when I got my first supervisor position. I highly doubt she is the store manager.

âi wish the freshman/the sophomore was more realistic. like todayâs chapter, beccaâs been working at uskea for, like, what? three months, tops? and she just lands the management position just like that. realism, who? itâs her very first job and she has no prior work experience, and yet? like, i get sheâs been working hard to be a good employee, but that alone isnât going to get you a management position after only three months (at most). itâs not that i want characters to suffer unnecessarily or anything, but i would like there to be some realistic consequences within this universe of rose petals and conveniences. i feel like it would have been better for becca to not get the management job, because thatâs what would have actually happened irl in most situations, and i think it would help her realize even more that sometimes life just doesnât go the way we want it, and sometimes itâs disappointing, but that we can still carry on and do our best in spite of that. but instead it feels like beccaâs life lessons ring kind of hollow because everyone in the freshman sophomore universe always gets what they want in the end, they always win, theyâre always deliriously happy and never disappointed and itâs just not realistic. again, iâm not saying i want everyone to suddenly suffer or only be ravaged with pain consequence after painful consequence, but itâs a bit too perfect of a world for the tfts cast, and it reads kind of boring and trite sometimes.â
POST/CONFESSIONS DO NOT REFLECT THE MODâS PERSONAL OPINIONS!
â A lot of you have asked questions pertaining to a struggle with planning scenes, so Iâve decided to make a little rundown of questions to answer before writing a new scene of your story. Obviously, you probably wonât end up going through this process over and over again until the end of your writing career, as this will become like a second nature to you as you continue to practice it. If you have any further questions, my ask box is always open. Happy writing!
Intention
How is the setting of the scene relevant to the events that take place?
Is this scene easy to follow with the information given to the reader?
What role do past events play into this scene?
How will the events in this scene shift the story toward the resolution?
Does this scene solve any plot holes or create any new ones?
Purpose
What is the overall purpose this scene serves?
How will this scene progress the plot?
How will this scene help to develop your character(s)?
Information
What information is this scene supposed to reveal to the reader?
What information is required to make this scene make sense?
Subtext
Are there any hidden messages you need to plan beforehand?
Is there any foreshadowing taking place during this scene?
What context might alter the implications of this scene?
What consequences might come from the events of this scene?
Starting Point
Does this starting point make sense for the trajectory of the scene?
Does the starting point allow room for some rising action?
Is your scene starting abruptly or with a build up to a large event?
Is there space between the beginning of this scene and the last?
If there is, are there any blanks you need to fill in to continue?
Tone
What is the main way youâll be conveying tone in the context of the sceneâs events?
How do you want the tone to impact the readerâs experience?
Does the tone change drastically in contrast with the last scene?
How Do You Want The Scene To Leave The Reader?
Do you want your reader to end the scene asking a bunch of questions?Â
Do you want one of the subplots to be resolved?
Do you want the reader to be shocked?
Do you want the reader to think, âOh, that makes sense nowâ?
If you have any to add, feel free to leave them in the comments down below to help each other out!
