This Little Cutie Made My Day Today! For Our English Project I Asked Students To Write On Someone Inspirational.

Needed to build a house to take some preview pictures for my next cc conversion set and I was in CC heaven today. I mean look at this sim with hair by @rollo-rolls​, beautiful dress and hat by @keibea​ who makes the most perfect outfits. I just am so happy with little test sim Callie that now I have to find a way to keep her. 

But also, checked out the world of Mount Estelle by @pxelblobs​ and IT IS SO FREAKING GORGEOUS! The parks are fan-freaking phenomenal and I was blown away. My build is taking shape and is based off of this wonderful Sims 4 one here X but had to check out the rest of the world too. The parks are so beautiful and the library is 100% amazing. With all that beautiful cc I couldn’t help but take even these unedited photos. (Also shame on little Callie walking in a library barefoot ;) 

Just wanted to say thank you to these wonderful creators and share so hopefully others can enjoy too. Also hoping to finish up the last little things and have a conversion released soon. TSRW has been kicking my butt! But I’m very hopeful that soon I will have some wonderful, high quality conversions to share. 

*Also I fixed my Hylewood save and just need to organize some screenies and queue them up. Also have a few more Christmas conversions I just need to finish and post and then who knows where the new year will take us!

And you know your my permanent babysitter now right?” “I wouldn’t have it any other way Hope,” Gracie smiled. “And thank you.” “Let’s take a picture for Mom okay? Mmmmm lets be cute.” She handed her phone to her husband Sam who began clicking away. “Now lets be dramatic models” The sisters stilled for a minute until they began laughing as Gracie’s cat Willow began meowing loudly at their feet. “We’ve got to get back my Love,” Sam said as he hugged Gracie. “I know I know.” Hope teased as she looked lovingly at Gracie. “Promise you’ll visit?” “I promise,” Gracie said, pinky out as she pulled Hope in for one more hug. “Love you sissy!” Hope yelled as they pulled out of the driveway. “Love you too!”

Are you named after anyone? Yes, my name is a twist on a famous actor and my middle name is after my grandfather. 

When was the last time you cried? Probably recently, I’m a pretty emotional person and think sometimes a good cry is helpful. But I’ve been feeling better lately and I’m grateful for that!

Do you have kids? Yes, one amazing little boy! And I hope to have more 

Do you use sarcasm a lot? No, years ago I was told my sarcasm burned and after that I stopped all together. I don’t want to be the kind of person who makes others feel bad or insecure. I prefer that people always come away feeling better after talking with me.

What sports do you play/have you played? Ballet and soccer, but when soccer got to competitive I quit and became a music girl. I definitely prefer that!

What’s the first thing you notice about other people? Their energy. I get a pretty good sense of if someone is happy, calm, irritated, strong willed, etc. I pretty much always try to have happy energy and brighten others days. 

Scary movies or happy endings? Always happy endings! I am an absolute chicken and never watch scare movies. Ever. 

Any special talents? Not really? I’m a pretty good organizer lol. Does that count? 

Where were you born? California, USA

What are your hobbies? Simming, Stardew Valley, Reading, Embroidery, being outside, learning more about cc making. 

Do you have any pets? Not currently but we want to get a golden retriever soon. 

How tall are you?  5'2

Fave subject in school?  History and English! Loooove history though. 

Dream job? Ummmm, homesteading and having my own hobby farm. Sign me up for having some Jersey cows, chickens, and baking sour dough bread.

As a surprise for Nellie, Frank invited her closest friends over for the weekend to throw her a bridal shower. He knew she was finding the idea of getting married without her family or friends difficult to bear. Nevertheless, it was a sacrifice they had to make to keep the farm a float and to savor a small honeymoon to France.

One phone call to Anna Leigh who was dubbed the ‘mother’ of the group - due to her wisdom, ability to organise and multitask like no one else - and the girls left their busy lives and came together at the old farmhouse in the midst of ancient trees and sprawling wildflowers. Vesper left her insta-worthy adventures, Roxie left her beautiful young family and sweet Gracie left behind her new teaching career; all to be with their friend who needed them.

It was Vesper’s idea to host the morning tea outdoors where Frank proposed to Nellie. Anna Leigh - culinary goddess - baked magic and brewed the most delightful tea. Gracie sneakily ran around picking the flowers that adorned the table. Roxie distracted Nellie with tales of her children and then blindfolded her and led her to the morning tea.

The day flew by in a heartbeat and before they knew it, their time together was drawing to an end. Frank, who had become quite the camera man that day, took one last photo. That photo became a keepsake of their weekend together and the memories they shared.

A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to the amazing simblrs who trusted me with their beautiful simmies. This is an awesome mod that I have play tested and it make so many new types of businesses possible! Gone are the Sims 3 days of savy seller rugs everywhere, instead we’ve been gifted a marvelous Sims 2 ofb inspired mod that makes business dreams come true! I’m seriously so excited to see what the community can do with this. I have so many ideas for new shops, and I’m sure so do many others. La Mairie de l'ile Saint Greer - Saint Greer Town Hall

As a side project I decided to build in Saint Greer Islands. I was inspired by the latest Syboulette Boulangerie set to build some Parisian style buildings, and it's turned into wanting to try to fill Saint Greer with some traditional French style builds. I'm quite in love with how it turned out, with the bougainvillea on the back and the fountains in the garden (landscaping is still the hardest part for me). The plan is to have the mayor and city planner with private offices inside, with a large meeting room and then a courtroom and law office upstairs. I think it looks a little busy with all the trees in the front, once I've filled in some of the surrounding lots I might revisit it and simplify if needed, but for now I gives it such a lush presence. So for now, here is the finished exterior of the Town Hall (which translates La Mairie in French, how lovely).

“Look Mom! I told you I was making friends” Roxie and I met up for a girls night out. The goal was to find twinkle lights, live music and great dessert. We were so thrilled to find all three, plus get front seats right next to this pretty water fountain! I had such a great time and would love to hang out again! I’d say this girls night out was a success.

This lot is unfurnished inside but is fully landscaped and lighted. It is meant to be placed at 2 Jasmine Court as a 30x30 lot in Saint Greer Island. Thank you to the wonderful CC creators!
