🌑 How to enter the void state ?
→ To enter your void state, it can require a lot of patience, especially the first time.
1/ Find a quiet place and lie down in a comfortable position.
2/ Take a deep breath and acknowledge your intention to enter your void.
3/ Relax your breathing: find a smooth breathing pattern, the same as when you are about to fall asleep.
Take your time so that it becomes automatic, because afterward, you should no longer focus on your breathing but solely on your affirmations or your intention to enter your void state.
4/ Take your time to relax your body (from head to toe), then ignore the sensations in your body.
5/ Silence your mind, don't analyze your thoughts, and ignore them.
6/ Mentally visualize that you are in your void state, or affirm. Focus exclusively on this thought.
After a while, you might feel like you're floating, spinning, or falling all at once; this is completely normal, just let those sensations pass. If you find it difficult to affirm during the process, simply keep it in mind.
7/ Afterward, you will feel a complete absence of sensations, making you enter your void state. You will easily recognize it by a deep inner peace and a sense of happiness.

Maybe you've heard Neville Goddard say that you can't serve two masters and you're like wtf does that even mean? Maybe you just don't get why you have to drop the old story entirely or maybe you think that if the law of assumption really "can't fail" then why can't you return to the old story? Shouldn't it manifest regardless??
First you need to understand how the law works:
Your dominant thoughts/state of being creates your reality. What you are most consistent in assuming and affirming is accepted by your subconscious and materialized into reality.
Your subconscious is impartial. It doesn't care what the physical world says, it doesn't care what is and isn't "true", it believes whatever you are consistently telling it. Whatever you repeat, it believes. It doesn't have an opinion.
The law cannot fail you, but the law doesn't just apply to the free coffees and money you want to manifest. If you are affirming and assuming that you don't have what you want by law that is what has to manifest.
The canvas doesn't care that you want to paint it red. If you're using blue paint, blue it shall be. If you continue to think from your old state that is what will continue to manifest.
You can't continue to think from the old story because it directly contradicts the new one.
Your subconscious is going to go with what you've repeated the most which is the old story so you HAVE to repeat the new one instead of actively manifesting against it.
You can't manifest not having a phone at the same time as you "try" to manifest having a phone, you have to pick one.
When you are telling yourself that it's not happening fast enough, you're not good at this, it isn't working, you are affirming. All your subconscious knows is that you are repeating this over and over so therefore it must be what manifests. If you're selecting the reality where you don't have it over and over again then your subconscious will do the same.
Think as if. That's literally it. That's all you have to do.

According to ancient scriptures like the Mandukya Upanishad, Yoga Vasistha, and Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, maintaining awareness in deep sleep (non-REM sleep) is considered a direct doorway to pure consciousness (Turiya).
Deep Sleep & Pure Consciousness in Scriptures:

Describes four states of consciousness:
Waking (Jagrat)
Dreaming (Swapna)
Deep Sleep (Sushupti)
Turiya (Pure Consciousness, beyond all three)
Sushupti (deep sleep) is where the mind dissolves, and only the causal body remains. But if awareness is retained in this state, one enters Turiya, the state of absolute consciousness.
Yoga Vasistha:
States that the realized yogi remains fully aware even during deep sleep, experiencing an uninterrupted state of blissful consciousness.
Vijnana Bhairava Tantra:
Mentions techniques where one remains aware during sleep to transcend the gross mind and merge into Shiva-consciousness (pure awareness).
Scientific Parallel: Non-REM Sleep & Pure Awareness
In deep non-REM sleep, the thinking mind (ego/memory) shuts down, and only pure awareness remains.
If you can retain consciousness in this state, you experience pure being without thoughts—which aligns with what the scriptures call Turiya or Samadhi.
How to Experience This?
Cultivate awareness before sleep using meditation techniques like Yoga Nidra, Kriya Yoga, or mantra repetition.
Focus on the transition into sleep without losing awareness (a practice known as Yoga Nidra or conscious sleep).
Observe deep sleep from a detached state, remaining aware while the body fully rests.
Conclusion
So yes, if you stay aware in deep sleep, you are in a state of pure consciousness (Turiya). This is the highest state of self-realization, where you are beyond mind, body, and ego, resting in the universal awareness (Brahman/Shiva state).

Simply set the intention to astral project and imagine yourself separating from your physical body by creating as vivid an image as possible of your astral body beside your bed, without moving. Engage all your senses to activate your astral vision. Focus your thoughts to mentally picture yourself detaching from your physical body.

💗 How to lucid dream from SP
Set the intention to have a lucid dream, then:
Keep your eyes closed.
Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, known as hypnagogic images.
Visualize a specific scene (for example, walking on a beach) and engage all your senses in the visualization
Since the brain cannot distinguish between imagination and reality, it will start to construct a dream based on this focus. The key is to maintain your attention without getting distracted to enter the dreaming state.
