It’s important that everyone understand that, when I say that I “like” a villainous character, what I in fact mean is that I consider them to be both cool and morally praiseworthy, as well as correct in their aims and methods and worthy of emulation by people in the real world. Just in case there was any ambiguity on this point.
I don't know why, but I just got the sudden urge to read Lord of the Flies. I hope it's better than I remember. I read it sophomore year of high school for English class and hated it. That might've just been because I was forced to read it. Eh, who knows?
Okay, I feel like this is sort of an odd description for a guy but I personally feel like this is the best way I can describe Dazai's face. I wouldn't say cute nor would I say hot. Handsome can be a good adjective but I describe him as having a very pretty face. Again, I know that's an odd description for a guy but I've heard men be described as pretty before and I see Dazai that way.
😍😍😍
I reeeeeeeally want him to give me a nice pat and a little peck on the head.

Damn, didn't mean to hit a nerve. Yes, I'm fully aware people are allowed to like whoever they want, and I support that. Like whoever you want. If it wasn't obvious already, this is mainly just a rant about Floch, as people have made about pretty much every other character.
I began with "I never understood why..." not "People like Floch and that's dumb..." I put it that way to say that 1) there are many Floch fans, 2) just like most other characters in and out of AoT, that's fine and to be expected, but that 3) I'll just never understand all the hype about him, as he seems like a character who's actions many people would dislike.
Hope that helps.
Imma be totally honest, I never understood why people liked Floch Forster. Like, there are a small handful of moments where I will root/cheer for Floch, but that's about it. The only consistent thing I like about him is his English dub VA, b/c he also voices Reki from Sk8 the Infinity.
"Oh, well he's a well-written character."
. . . how?
"Like, his character development is pretty good."
Oh yeah, right. He goes from an overconfident and then annoying jackass rookie in season 3 to an extreme nationalist jackass who imprisons or kills anyone who disagrees with him or does something he doesn't like in season 4. . . great character development.
Like, fr, as much as I dislike Gabi, I actually cheer every time I rewatch s4, and she shoots his ass and he falls into the water. . . which he ends up surviving, only for Mikasa to shoot her ODM gear into his neck. . . which I also cheer whenever I watch.
Screw Floch. Normally, I'd give hot male characters a break due to pretty privilege, but Floch isn't hot enough to catch a break from me.
If you've seen other stuff I've posted, you'd know I'm not a shipper. Like, unless it's one of those canon ones like Victor x Yuri or Mafuyu x Uenoyama or something like that, I don't support it. Okay, aside from Reki x Langa, which I think is listed as semi-canon. That one I support. Not really any non/semi-canon ones aside from that, though. HOWEVER, I was just watching episode 23 of the Disastrous Life of Saiki K, and I couldn't get over how adorable it is that Kuboyasu and Kaidou call each other on a first name basis (in the dub, at least). Like, Kaidou doesn't even call Saiki by his first name, but he calls Kuboyasu "Aren" and Kuboyasu calls him "Shun". Idk if there's something behind it, but I thought it was cute af.
