Just watched The Shawshank Redemption for the first time and oh my God was it fantastic. Just fugging amazing.

Here's a random, quick, and not completely thought through anime take:

Okay, so I'm rewatching AoT (for like, at least the 8th time), and I'm on S3 Ep 15. If you forget which one that is, it's in the reclaiming of Wall Maria arc, and it begins with a flashback to the reclaiming of Trost arc showing us how Marco actually died. **Spoiler alert if you haven't seen it yet: He overhears Reiner and Bertholdt talking abt their titan forms, and they tackle him onto a roof/front door overhead, have Annie strip him of his ODM gear, and leave him there for a titan to eat.

Now, while I do blame Reiner, Annie, and I guess Bertholdt (though he didn't do much), I can't help but feel like Marco could've survived at least a bit longer. Why? Well, unless they broke his legs and the anime just skipped over that, I thought of a couple of ways off the top of my head:

Way 1 – the window: If he turned his head to the left, he would notice a window, which Annie threw his ODM gear through, which created a hole big enough for his arm to fit through and which very clearly had the ability to open. He could've easily put his arm through and opened the window from the inside and crawled in before the titan got to him OR if he didn't have enough time, he had boots, so just kick the window in and crawl through.

Way 2 – the door: He coulda just rolled his ass off the roof (yes, it's sorta high, but not THAT high) and kicked in the door or any nearby door.

Again, that is unless, of course, they broke his legs, and the anime just skipped over that part, but even then, the window is a valid option.

Okay, just a PSA to anyone who looks at ny posts:

So over the past several months I've gotten really into anime. But anyway, I've grown pretty far apart from Star Wars, which used to be my life.

Anyway, I'd prefer my account be based around anime....well, actually, it's more accurate to say I'd rather not have it based around Star Wars. Therefore, I'm deleting most of, if not all of my Star Wars posts. And yes, that includes all of the Latts rants.

And I'm sorry to the person that gave me all of the asks for the "how would you rate this character's attractiveness" thing, but I'm deleting those too.

While I'm not gonna say sorry for the Latts rants (because I very much meant them), I'm not doing any more of them. I just don't care for Star Wars anymore (with a few exceptions (Cad Bane, Embo, maybe a few other characters)), and that includes Latts.

But yeah, basically, no more Star Wars stuff. Maybe other miscellaneous stuff but most likely no more Star Wars. I hate to say it but I'm trying to shut that small part of me off.

If I ever do post more Star Wars shit (not likely), it'll most likely be about Embo, or Bane, or some shit like that.

Anyone who reads this probably won't care but to the people who may or may not have enjoyed my Star Wars stuff, apologies. I'm more of an anime guy now.

PS- Watch Yuri!!! On Ice! It's so friggin good and they need to make a season two. Wait, "good" isn't good enough. More like....amazing, beautiful, magnificent. I should be telling my crush this. Yes. Yes. Yes. However, it's pretty gay, tho (which is one of the prime reasons I love it), and some of you might not be into that stuff but I still recommend it.

Btw, I often skip anime intros (unless it's one that I'm used to and that I like a lot) so I was several episodes in before I really gave it a listen but when I finally listened to it, I can't tell you how fast I went to iTunes. As a first-time writer (the only stuff I wrote before this was stupid fanfic one-shots), writing is a piece of freakin work. And I blame this partially on my constant watching of Cinema Sins.

First off, trying to name fictional/supernatural characters. I'm an overthinker, so I'll come up with some random jumble of words that is the character's name and then go, "I hope there's not something or someone that actually exists with this name."

And now why I blame my constant watching of Cinema Sins. I'll think of something cool, like some back story or lore or some crap, like, "Oh, maybe some demon gave this thing to this guy," and then I'm like, "Great, but anyone nitpicking this will be like 'Well why specifically that guy?'" So I gotta go think up some more plot bs that I'll probably have to change later to make other stuff work and I end up less worried about being creative and more worried about nitpickers.

Then I just end up losing interest in writing for the day and go jerk off to hot anime guys.

I'm hoping some of you out there who see this have watched Angels of Death so you know what I'm talking about. I'm rewatching the series and I'm almost done the first episode and Gawd Damn! Dr. Danny is such a fuckin creep. Like, were the creators going for the pedophile act with him. I mean, srsly. In future episodes, we see him as an annoying obstacle with a gun but in the first episode, my dude be putting his hands on Rachel and talking all creepy and before Zack steps in, he looks like he was boutta r@pe her. Like I said, he's such a fuckin creep.
