Taking part in protests, yet continuing to do/say racist things does not make you an activist, it makes you a douchebag who takes advantage of the horrible injustices faced by minorities in this country for popularity/respect.
If you claim racism, misogyny, misandrism, transphobia, and homophobia no longer exist, than you are part of the problem. These groups are still extremely oppressed and discriminated against, and if you attempt to brush aside their experiences by stating that this isn’t going on, than you are not helping at all. This sort of oppression exists nearly everywhere, and saying it doesn’t is just plain ignorant. Please respect people’s experiences, and educate yourself on what’s really happening in your world at the moment, because I guarantee, after reading a few news articles, you will find yourself with a lot more knowledge than you started out with.
Your political opinions do define who you are.
Republicans aim to take away the rights of women (regarding rape, abortion, etc), LGBT+ people (regarding conversion therapy, banning transgender people from the military, banning gay couples from adopting, etc), and everyone who doesn’t share their views.
Democrats do the opposite, supporting abortion and LGBT+ movements.
Which side do you want to be on?
Pedophiles/MAP’s are not a part of the LGBT+ community, and should not be associated with the community.
The existence of LGBTQ+ people is not harming you in any way. Same-sex couples dating and getting married does not harm you, nor does it involve you. Don’t attempt to diminish the freedom of other innocent people simply because you’re homophobic. The LGBTQ+ community has experienced more pain and disrespect than many cisgender heterosexual people can relate to. From conversion therapy, to being fired due to your orientation, to being bullied and harassed daily because of who you are, the community has been through a lot. Regardless of your beliefs and opinions, please just leave LGBTQ+ people alone. The way they live their lives does not include you, and they are just as deserving of respect as any cisgender heterosexual person.
Just because someone is caucasian, heterosexual, cisgender, and not in need of money does not mean that they cannot be depressed. Depression is an mental illness; it doesn’t care about your position in life. Don’t disrespect depressed people.
Happy International Women’s Day!
As we come together to celebrate the achievements of women throughout history, it’s important to remember the ongoing struggles women across the world are facing.
Today, let’s keep a special focus on all of our sisters of color, queer sisters, trans sisters, Palestinian sisters, working class sisters, disabled sisters, and sisters struggling with reproductive Justice.
We must not forget where we come from, and we must remember who we are working to protect now. I hope you all have a wonderful day - and pass along some kind words to the wonderful women in your lives!
Dear Olympic Games Viewer, 🌟🏅🏋️♂️🇵🇸
As you prepare to watch the greatest sporting event in the world, we ask you to take a moment to reflect on the untold stories and dreams that were extinguished before they had a chance to begin. Here in Gaza, where our children live under the weight of pain and suffering, we also dream of a share in hope, education, play, and watching the Olympic Games. 🌍🏅
As the Palestinian Olympic team, consisting of only 8 athletes, competes in these games, we remember with sorrow that 69 Palestinian Olympic athletes have been killed since October 2023. These heroes, who were eagerly anticipating their chance to participate or who had retired, like Majed Abu Marahil, the first Palestinian Olympian who passed away due to kidney failure in a refugee camp because of a lack of medical treatment. His simple dream was to live with dignity, but fate did not grant him that. 🕊️😢
Our children are not just numbers on lists of martyrs and casualties. They are living souls with rights to life and dignity, just like any other child in the world. They dream of playing, laughing, and watching the Olympics without fear. These children need your support and attention because they deserve a life filled with hope and opportunities. 🌟
We urge you not to forget our cause amid the celebrations of the Olympic Games. Remember our children who suffer in silence, and know that every support you provide can be a light in their darkness. Let’s use these games as an opportunity to remind ourselves of our shared humanity and the right of every child to hope and live in peace. 🕊️🤝
With heartfelt regards,

There’s nothing wrong with being poor, and these people deserve to live happily just as much as any rich person. Respect people based on their character, not their monetary status.
Pain is relative. Just because something doesn’t hurt you in particular, doesn’t mean that it can’t hurt someone else. Don’t tell them that ‘somebody else has it worse.’ That doesn’t help them. Be respectful of their situations.
Racism absolutely exists, and there are thousands of articles and videos out there that prove it. Before arguing that a minority (especially one you aren’t a part of) doesn’t suffer from discrimination and oppression, do your research and educate yourself. Just because you don’t experience it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.
