As Someone Who Used To Be This, If You Physically Can’t Do NNN (I Don’t Mean Forgetting About It

As someone who used to be this, if you physically can’t do NNN (I don’t mean forgetting about it or something, I mean trying your best and literally NOT being able to do it), there’s a problem, a big one. I mean this in the nicest way: get help. I got “sober” a while back, until I decided that I could go back and pace myself so it wasn’t an addiction. I know now I can easily do NNN (after being sober for almost a year before deciding to go back). NNN is a good way to see if you really need help. Please find yourself help if you need it (For example: therapy, getting sober on your own, distracting yourself, talking about it with partners, etc.) Please, please, please, it’s so important. /srs

I always get asked if I’ve got music in my head because I’m always moving my head and tapping, but in truth I’m just stimming. I say yes.

I don’t understand how someone can watch a season where one character’s main storyline (of that season) is accepting his homosexuality and love for his best friend, and in that same fucking season another character, the best friend he’s in love with too, has a main storyline of not being able to say he loves his girlfriend, and say that there will be nothing going on there. That is so suspicious, even if you don’t consider Mike’s queer coding, and even if you consider the monologue his genuine thoughts and “love redemption” of the season, the fact that that’s his storyline in the same season where we really see Will’s love for him is INSANE. Something is going on next season, that’s for sure.

I Can Only Respond As An Ashkenazi, I Don’t Know How Everyone Else Feels, But I Disagree. I Am A Zionist.

I can only respond as an Ashkenazi, I don’t know how everyone else feels, but I disagree. I am a Zionist. I feel a strong cultural and religious connection to the homeland. I even plan on permanently living in Israel when I’m older. But I’m also European. My great-grandparents were born in Poland and Italy, and I feel a connection to those places. Additionally, I feel a strong connection to both Hebrew and Yiddish, and even as a Zionist I don’t think Yiddish should be “phased out.” It’s a language of our European history and I like that.

hating jews will always be the popular opinion, save for the few years it is taboo to hate us bc there was a mass killing of jews, but the point is you are not groundbreaking in your “sudden understanding of why people hate jews but hmmm you’ve always had suspicions and mever liked us anyway hmmmmmmmmmmm”.
