What to do if you suddenly find yourself homeless

FOOD

Find your nearest food bank or mission, for food

grocery stores with free samples, bakeries + stores with day-old bread

different fast food outlets have cheaper food and will generally let you hang out for a while.

some dollar stores carry food like cans of beans or fruit

SHELTER

Sleeping at beaches during the day is a good way to avoid suspicion and harassment

sleep with your bag strapped to you, so someone can’t steal it

Some churches offer short term residence

Find your nearest homeless shelter

Look for places that are open to the public

A large dumpster near a wall can often be moved so that flipping up the lids creates an angled shelter to stay dry

HYGIENE

A membership to the YMCA is usually only 10$, which has a shower, and sometimes laundry machines and lockers.

Public libraries have bathrooms you can use

Dollar stores carry low-end soaps and deodorant etc.

Wet wipes are all purpose and a life saver

Local beaches, go for a quick swim

Some truck stops have showers you can pay for

Staying clean is the best way to prevent disease, and potentially get a job to get back on your feet

Pack 7 pairs of socks/undies, 2 outfits, and one hooded rain jacket

You know how in the darkly's episode in s2 its implied that lloyd knows how to do needle work and stuff?

You know how clothes for little/baby girls can be annoying?(smaller than boys clothes of the same size, words printed on can be disturbing, always tight, always glittery frilly or pink, bikinis for small girls, pink tax. Youknow all that shit)

So what if lloyd was done with this and started making hellspawn clothes on his own? I think it would be so cute!!!!

And Lloyd once dressed her in his old black hoodie when he found it, even though it was obviously too big. She ended up wearing it again when she got a little older.

When that purple energy came out of Lloyd's hands, I suddenly thought of Garmadon's powers. I know Lloyd's is a lot lighter in color and probably from the crystals instead, but I just thought it would be cool for him to finally unlock Destruction you know? Cuz in Season 8 Harumi was trying to get Garm to unlock his by making him fight Lloyd and now she's making the son unlock his????

How did lloyd and hellspawn did on the time skip after season (and by that i mean how bad)

For a long time—and especially during those first few weeks before being reunited with Kai, Lloyd was a total mess.

Imagine this, he was already hysterical in season 9 when she was taken along with the elemental masters because of Harumi and that was only for days. The time-skip after the merge is like, 5 years. Poor guy. Not only did he just lose everyone he grew up with and knew, he also lost his kid.

At first, he stepped out of the monastery for a bit to find everyone, but later returned home alone. Then he tried fixing Wu's destroyed scrolls to make some sense of them but that didn't work. Nothing seemed to work.

By the time Kai found him — you heard that right, Kai found him — green boy was a depressed mess who looked like he hadn't slept in weeks or seen anyone. He's definitely lost weight since Kai's last seen him, and we're not looking at a Morro situation.

So they talk. Kai tries to console his baby brother but it's not helping much. Lloyd spends most of his time either in Wu's library or in his room staring at a damaged stuffed dragon. At this point, Kai's the only reason he's a functioning adult and tries to get him to eat and shower but yeah, one day Kai had enough.

He drags Lloyd out of bed one morning after greenie mumbles he's not hungry and forcefully sits him down to get some sense into him, which is funny because that's usually Lloyd's job.

Yeah, she's gone. She's not here in this monastery right now with her dolls or playing tag with Luke after school—but he has to remember that she needs to have someone to come back to. They all do. Not taking care of himself like this isn't helping anyone. So could he please pull himself togethe—

I'm still waiting until part 2 to decide where the heck hellspawn ended up though. All I can say is that, it took a long time for her to finally understand what on earth was going on and why she's no longer in the monastery with everyone. Man, she's only 8. Only 8 fucking years old and all alone, what have I done. I'll elaborate more on her after we really understand dragons rising.

My friend recently watched DotD, which led me to discovering this totally not heartbreaking parallel

I just woke up and i had a dream about the lego ninjago universe, lego Ninjago movie universe and like 2 other alternate universes (one of them had an evil lloyd) and like there was this huge ass war

Basically it was lloyds 18th birthday and like turns out evil Lloyd has been planning to merge all of the AU's so it can inevitably get destroyed. Evil Lloyd was like in some sort of asylum, the other AU lloyd worked in a street food restaurant with garmadon (human), the other two were playing video games or something and then it cut to these 4 serpentine people around some sort of map of the universe(?) And like they were panicking cuz the universes are about to merge with each other which would destroy the AUs and maybe even others (basically big bang)

I remember blazey and lloyd (from the series) trying to avoid missiles and Lloyd somehow got out of the car and he was like on those pretty looking things that has thin water with a fountain thing (idk what they're called) and garmadon (from evil lloyd universe who's good) saw him and was shocked cuz he's never seen him like that in a long time (i have no idea what evil Lloyd looks like i just know he was in an asylum) and he was in the verge of tears and basically saved him

That's all i remember from the dream but honestly i think it should be a movie
