Drunk Buck is an octopus, Eddie is a pushover, and cuddles are had by all. soft and funny and just the perfect nighttime read <3 this might come last alphabetically, but it was the first fic i read this week, and what a delightful start it was!

Eddie came out around six months ago, and Chris has been trying to encourage Eddie to embrace it more. One time, he grabbed a pack of rainbow napkins at the supermarket and unceremoniously dropped it into the shopping cart. He also chose ‘Out’ on movie night, which made both Buck and Eddie cry (Chris just watched them with a raised eyebrow before giving both of them a tight hug). In any case, it’s all been… good. He means it.

It’s just… there’s a capital ‘T’ Thorn that’s prickling Buck’s heart and is making it slowly bleed out.

Or: ceramics, fish, and names that start with a T. Add two pining idiots into the mix and the plot thickens.

Or or: Buck is pining for his best friend and copes with a new hobby. Who knew fish would bring them together?

I’m sorry for constantly flooding the tag and your dashboards but I’ve never really received this much of an enthusiastic feedback on my other works (don’t get me wrong, people have been supportive and super kind with their words); I guess a big part of it comes from this fandom still being so small but, regardless, I don’t think I’ll be able to put into words how much this means to me.

(It’s also extra especial because we are all unhinged 😌🫶🏻)
