National Parks during a shutdown
During federal government shutdowns many national parks are open with the vast majority of National Park Rangers off-duty. Law enforcement rangers will be required to work (but won’t be paid). So if you’re visiting a National Park during a shut down please be considerate to the rangers you see. And please help us. There’s fewer rangers so step in to stop/report quickly any criminal activities you see. Also since most of the staff is out rescues will take longer and take up more resources so PLEASE try to limit taking risks with the understanding that you might have to wait longer for help than usual. Above all please help us take care of the park, last shutdown saw significant increases in vandalism and poaching and we need your help (in lieu of congressional/presidential help) to protect the parks.

So once upon a time, I attempted to make a Sailor Mars cookie. Due in part to using a different kind of icing than usual, it did not go well. So I present to you...Sailor Derp.
I have two potential headcanons for this. Choose the one you like best or feel free to make (and share) your own.
First headcanon: Usagi and Rei got into a petty squabble while decorating cookies and Usagi made this to piss Rei off.
