“I don’t need drugs to be high”
You and me both, bud. When I write crackfic it’s LITERALLY JUST. WHAT COMES UP IN MY HEAD. I’m glad we agree that they’re stinkin dummm
okay okay look, it’s a platonic (platonic) soulmate au. DONTTTTT say anythin /j
I realize this excerpt is a little bit uhhhh, but it started off as a serious concept then I decided to write down whatever my brain gave me XD
I’m also the narrator, so if your mental voice sounds like a gremlin I’m doing my job correctly LOLLL
I’ve been trying to find a way to respond to this but ive been so fucking caught up on “Like how Sonic loses his rings when he gets hit”
You wrote Dallas Himbo content and you deserve an award for it

My first ever attack in my first ever artfight. I had a lot of fun doing it.
This is Wren Kahrlial Springs, a character owned by @its-spelt-hermaeus-mora
Hope you like it!
If anyone in Colorado adopted a tortishell cat named Bilbo, that was was my cat and I hope you’re treating her well. My dad was never supposed to give that cat away and I hope that she’s had a loving home these past few years.
If you’re not willing to give her back, that’s okay, I just want to know that she was loved as much as I loved herr.
Proving a theory
I dont usually ask for reblogs but pls reblog for a bigger sample size
Re: he/him or male identifying lesbians (as someone who isn't any of those things, this is just what I've seen other say)
Also I just woke up & I dont mean any of this to be rude, I'm just not awake enough to think about tone of text-voice
1 pronouns don't equal gender and you're original wording implied it does so keep that in mind
2 its actually a pretty big thing in butch culture, especially among older butches, to take masculine terms for themselves. I haven't ever seen any reasoning for this outside of potentially just trying to make straight men mad, but I do know its a thing
3 i think "male identifying lesbians", assuming you mean people who identify with no part of womanhood but do still use the lesbian label, would be similar to nonbinary lesbians or anyone who, at some point, was part of the lesbian community before (or while) figuring out gender stuff & still feels a connection to the community and the culture around it. But otherwise the only times I personally have seen a lesbian use masculine terms was in the way in point 2, which is mostly just "this is how people explain things with the words available to them and their own experience with their gender and attraction"
I hope this helps and I'm glad you asked instead of just getting lost in discourse posts because honestly? Its so hard to try to learn anything from just people yelling at each other (and usually with increasingly incorrect information)
Thank you so much, this rly helped. Also, yeah, discourse it just......blegh.
(Also super sorry for implying the whole pronouns=gender thing, twasnt intended)

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children
Both of us have seen this before (as seen in my incessant ranting abt a payday au) but regardless it remains a fantastic movie. I am here for Enoch and his weird fucking necromancy. Makes me wanna read the books.
Get Out
It was my partner’s first time seeing this movie; I had seen it when it first came out, and my opinion stays the same; Get Out is one of my favourite unsettling movies purely because of how good the actors are at selling it. Freaks me out <3
Lucy
AAAAAA WHERE DO I START. Oh. Oh my fucking. Oh. Graphic surgery/medical scenes freak me out to no end but it was such a cool ass movie. My stomach hurt the whole time so there’s that. Beautiful visuals and metaphors.
Lightyear
Lightyear managed to do something no other movie has done. It genuinely made me forget that it wasn’t a live-action movie. Not because of the style, the animation is very obviously cartoon-y and stylized, but it’s done like a live-action sci-fi action movie. It made me think a lot about movies like Interstellar and Martian purely because of some of the shots.
More to come :)
Planet of the Apes trilogy
LOVED THEM. SO MUCH. I care a lot about Caesar and Maurice so the end of the third movie really had me in tears. So good.
Jurassic World Movies
Pretty alright, docked some points because of real world opinions of Crisp Rat, but I am HERE for Blue and the T-Rex. The Indominus Rex was, imo, a really cool dino. Fed my childhood love of scaley boys.
Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
YES KING ITS WHAT HE DESERVES. So happy to see Kitty again and Harvey Guillén did a great job. 10/10 will watch again.
The Golden Compass
Lost to the mf ages. I had a preview for this movie on a dvd I had as a kid, and only now got to watch it. So sad there wasn't a sequel.
The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
YES. YES. YES. EVERYTHING I WANTED IT TO BE.
All of the Michael Bay Transformers movies
Ugh took us so long to get through cause each movie is a little over 2.5 hours but we made it! I watched the first one as a kid (as well as read some of the comics) and Ive always loved Bumblebee. I loved all of the movies. LOVED HOUND he was my childhood second favourite. Im a little sad that Arcee didn't get nearly as much of a part as she deserves but I'll live. I'm more partial towards Sam Witwicky but Cade Yeager is alright. Hes cool.
Transformers: the Movie (1986)
Partner's childhood favourite so naturally we had to. Was really good! Reminded me of why I love 80's cartoons so much, it was a huge nostalgia trip and got me wanting to watch all of my childhood shows and movies (X-Men, TMNT '87, Rainbow Brite, etc.). I will always love the style and the way they did the backgrounds. As for the movie itself, I got my fill of Arcee, and I'm happy with the experience. Will watch again.
Bayverse TMNT movies.
YES FINALLY. Ive had these on my watch list for. A WHILE. I loved them, loved Mikey and Donnie specifically. Not my favourite iteration of Casey but he was fine. Overall p good, happy to see Bebop and Rocksteady. I think they should've used '87 Krang's voice in the second movie but he's squeaky and kind of annoying so I get it. Reminds me to watch ROTTMNT.
Dinosaur
Literally didnt even know this was a Disney movie but was fantastic. Beautiful animation despite being old. Loved it.
Hook
*Points at Rufio* its him officer. Its the homestuck flashback. Despite the fact that I had to explain why Rufio cause me to uncontrollably laugh to my partner, was a really good movie. Hook and Peter were both played by amazing guys.
I'll add any if I missed them, and I'll reblog with our next batch. :)
I feel like each Heister has a weird. Thing they can do. Like they all have a weird quirk.
Like I firmly believe that Sokol can drift in roller skates. I have met very few people who can actually drift in skates and not fall over.
Jacket can take things apart and put them back together with record speed. He definitely has an old samsung phone with no case purely so he can pop the battery back in when he drops it.
You know that cigarette thing from Stardust Crusaders? With the flipping and stuff? Dallas can do that.
Sydney can wrap anything. Like someone's birthday rolls around and someone bought them a funky-shaped gift. Sydney can wrap it.
Houston can drive backwards. By extension, I think he likes the Fast and Furious movies and specifically mods old cars so he can try crazy shit.
Jimmy can open any bottle, and I mean a n y bottle. Sangres can saber any bottle flawlessly and the two bond over it.
Joy can stack cups like a motherfucker. Like full on "she practices every night for four hours" level.
Feel free to add on! I might have more in the future.
No but like.
They’re all pretty stressed out, they meet once a week.
Raiden freaks out cause he has never done drugs
Nightmare blunt rotation : Connor Macleod, Juan Sánchez-Villalobos Ramírez, Kratos, Vergil fron dmc, and Raiden from mgr
*Farnsworth Voice*
Good news everyone! Mordecai is feeling affirmed in their gender! Or lack thereof, I should say!
