Alaa Mahmoud (@alaa-gaza): Alaa was pregnant when the current genocide happened. Her and her husband’s home has been bombed and destroyed. Her husband was killed in an Israeli raid on 27 February. She gave birth to her baby on 19 March under the sounds of bombs and in unsanitary conditions. Her now 6-month-old daughter is exposed to chronic skin diseases and intestinal infections. Celine suffers from blood deficiency, chronic thalassemia (abnormal decrease in red blood cells) and abnormal convulsions. They are trying to evacuate out of Gaza. His father has diabetes, his brother Fathi (23) is blind, his other brother Abdullah (11) is autistic and does not understand what is happening, and his brother Mohammed (19) was injured in his leg by shrapnel from the bombing.
