With the beginning of the donation campaign, I was the first individual from my family escape to Egypt after 200 days, so I could help my family to get out of Gaza.

I really need to rant about this because it has been on my mind these past few days. I’ve been a charlos fan since the beginning of last year when I first got into f1 (and no, it’s not because of dts but because of a couple of friends who made me watch the race). I loved their dynamic on and off the track even if some people say that it’s a pr friendship. However, the spanish gp made me look at the them, their team, and especially their respective fans, differently.
First of all, I want to talk about the team and their response to the “pr disaster” of a thumbnail on their latest video.
It’s pretty disappointing to think that they first posted this without including Carlos in it despite it being his home race. There was definitely a lot of backlash that happened in the comment section before their pr team decided to change it last minute. However, it’s really sad that some of Charles’ fans are calling out those people who complained saying that they were, “crybabies.” They also mentioned how Charles wasn’t even there in the thumbnail during the 2022 monaco gp. I honestly think that this discourse makes no sense whatsoever because there is a clear distinction between the two instances. I love both, but let’s face it, one driver is the team favorite while the other is not. The thumbnail just adds even more fuel to the fire tbh which I honestly wish the pr team took into account before posting. imo, the complaints of cs fans are completely justified. Second, I want to talk about the post-race interviews where Charles and Carlos aired their thoughts about the race. I think it's understandable and warranted that Charles would get annoyed with what happened, especially since there was damage on his left front wing because of the move made by Carlos. I also get why Carlos was so disappointed because it was his home race and honestly, who wouldn't want to win during their home race? I just do not get why the fans are taking what they say in the heat of the moment to heart. Obviously, they could've worded it better but they were literally interviewed right after the race so tensions are expectedly high. Agree with one side or not, just don't take it personally. It is what is. Third, I want to talk about the fan discourse on social media. Those “extremist” fans on BOTH sides can honestly be so toxic. And I guess this may be normal for any team sport but there should be a limit to what people can say. I have seen a lot of terrible takes online, such as some cs fans wanting cl to dnf which is bad in itself.
BUT, it’s not even as bad as those fake fans that were sending d e a t h t h r e a t s and wanting the driver to be ✨ unalived ✨ just because of a petty fan war.
Like y’all (and I mean both extreme cs and cl fans) got to stop because these are REAL people, you know? They aren’t just fictional people who come back to life after the story ends smh. I honestly doubt that Charles and Carlos themselves would condone these kinds of behavior.
There were even comments such as the one below which is absolutely disgusting and frankly quite misogynistic. We all know that there are a lot of women in motorsports and there are many issues that they have faced which are frequently brought up. “Fans” like these should not be using these kinds of “jokes” to further their agenda.
Lastly, I know for a fact that team/driver wars will never end since it’s literally built into the sport. I just hope we post things with more tact next time, constructively criticize the actions of the people involved, and remember that these are real people, with real experiences, and real emotions. I also hope that charlos themselves will be able to work better together in their last year of being teammates. ♡

Even if you’re flipping burgers, waiting tables or answering phones today, you never know where you’ll end up tomorrow. Never tell yourself you’re too old to make it.
Never tell yourself you missed your chance.

I hope everyone is doing alright, despite the world facing the crisis because of Covid-19. Sadly, I am one of those who is greatly affected. Even got infected but I survived. A lost a stable job several months ago and my savings has been drained. I was a working student before in Japan(paying for my tuition & supporting my family), went back home to my homecountry. Because life has been sad to me upon my stay there. Got a job, but the company decided to do retrenchment several months ago, and I was one of the unfortunate employees.
It’s been a month since I posted my letter: Reaching out to you And like 2 weeks since my second letter: Notice of Eviction & Rescue Thank you for those who helped me. And for the people who is new to this new Letter of mine, please if you have the time. I hope you understand. I know some of you followed me, and as promised I will give update. I have been semi-active in tumblr for these past 2 weeks. Because luckily I was able to get a part-time job but it is only for 2 weeks, until 1st week of March. I worked like 16 hours a day, it is an underpaid job $15. If I work like 8 hours I get a pay of like $7-8/day. In my country you are not paid by hour but by day. Most of the employers though because of cost cutting is not following the standard guidelines of pay stated by our government. And no insurances/benefits. It is better than no job at all, it helps me sustain our daily needs - human & cat food. I currently live alone. With a dog and many adopted stray cats. Can’t live them dying in the streets. And they are my Furry family. They help me cope with my depression and all.🐱🐶
With the help of everyone’s donation a month has passed I was able to pay for my August 2020 rent. And upon receiving the Notice of Eviction Last Month, I was able to pay the balance from September 2020 to February of this year. Another update regarding my Electricity Bill I got a new one like 2 weeks ago stating my latest balance. My deepest gratitude for those who donated last time as I was able to pay a partial amount of $250. This is the new latest balance that I need to settle. Sadly, despite the partial payment. I do not have electricity at home now for 3 days now. My kind neighbor lets me connect to their line temporarily. I needed to settle a balance of $1,150(depending on the exchange rate) 😿😿
For the Water Bill, I was able to settle a partial balance of $175 and signed a promisory note. But also needs to be settled soon. As of the moment the amount that needs to be settled is $680(depending on the exchange rate).

As for my cat Blackie, he is back under my care now and his legs are healed. Thank goodness.🙏🙏 his previous photo(injured photo), is on my first Letter.
I also have a new adopted Cat, and brought him/her home. Still a kitten I will upload the photo on my KoFi. I also uploaded a family of black stray cats that I usually feed at night.

I am also continuing my every 2 weeks session for my counseling & therapy. I also have to had a major haircut, due to hairloss caused by my extreme pulling - Trichotillomania & stress. I already have a bald spots so it needs to be cut. Goodbye Long Hair - I am loosing my self-confidence. I will just upload the photos on my KoFi. I am also continuing my job applications nonstop, I got interviews but nobody is still calling back to me.
As for my Sister-in-Law & nieces they will be staying with me starting next week. For 2 weeks, I guess. The young ones are still devastated of the situation. I know I have an emotional, mental issues. But I will try my best to help and support them as much as I can.🙏🙏🙏🙏 I am still also paying for the Bank Loan. And they are calling me for updates, I missed a lot of payments for 3 months now. I will try my best to settle it. I still have a long way to go. I hope to get a permanent job soon. $15,000 is killing me. It is still big.🙏🙏🙏🙏 and the person responsible for her accident is already in Jail.
I am still trying to hold-on and be strong to everything. So please….I hope everyone understands my simple plea. No negativities please. I'm Nour Alanqar, and reaching out to you during a time of unimaginable hardship. I am 26 years old, married to Ashraf Ismail, who is 32, and together we have three beautiful children: Hussein, 6, Rajaa, 5, and Youssef, just 10 months old. Our lives have been turned upside down by the devastating war in Gaza, and we desperately need your help.
My daughter Rajaa is a radiant beam of sunshine, bringing boundless joy, warmth, and love to everyone she meets.
On a dark night at the beginning of the war, our area was subjected to massive bombing. The explosions reached our home, forcing us to flee into the night, running amidst periodic explosions and searching for survival. We made our way to southern Gaza by morning, seeking refuge in Rafah.
This is our home, filled with our memories and moments of joy and happiness, now reduced to rubble. Its destruction shattered our hearts.
In Rafah, we found shelter in a crowded warehouse filled with strangers, all of us struggling to find basic necessities like food, water, safety, and cleanliness. Despite these challenges, we were again hit by direct bombardment. My husband was injured in the shoulder, and the scene around us was filled with blood and corpses. The cries of my children in those moments still echo in my head.
A fragment of what it once was, and now, what it has become.
We moved several times to places described as safe, only to face new tragedies. During this period, my precious daughter Raja contracted hepatitis, adding to our suffering.
It was incredibly difficult for me to endure these disasters, especially as I was in the process of giving birth. Youssef was deprived of proper breastfeeding and the necessary nutrition for his age. Hussein's right to education and a safe childhood have been cruelly taken from him.
My baby Youssef, whom I clung to throughout the war, running with him through the rubble of shattered homes to escape.
At an age when Hussein should have been enjoying his childhood, all his rights were taken away from him.
Our situation is dire, and we need your support to rebuild our lives and provide a future for our children. Your kindness and generosity can make a profound difference. Your contributions will help us secure safe shelter, access to medical care, and the basic necessities of life.
