The irony of this gif is that Niles actually wrote a Seinfeld fan fiction (At least I think it was Seinfeld) and Fran definitely knew about the fan fiction because she was trying to get Niles back into reality and tell him the show was over. The punchline was that Niles wasn't carry papers of his fanfiction and Fran assumed wrong. I just wish I could remember the name of the episode.
80% of my time is spent reading fanfic
So thanks to all writers
@daddygrandpaandthebeaver
Yes, please! I love that! Even if you never turn this prompt into a real fanfiction I would absolutely love to read Tinelle's version of the song "Belle". Also, you're welcome
I recently got into Bob’s Burger’s because I sort of kin Tina and now I ship TinaxZeke because I don’t get enough INFPxESTP ships in fiction and I like their dynamic. Anyway basically, my prompt idea is that is takes places after the movie and Tina is finally has some form of relationship with Jimmy Jr. Her fears have come to fruition when Jimmy Jr in real life isn’t bringing as much to the table as she hoped for. Tina begins to notice how supportive Zeke has been to her over the time she’s known him after he helps her work through a less than stellar date with Jimmy Jr. Tina used to find Zeke gross (still somewhat does) and she is still up to her butt with JJu. Yet, the more she spent time with Zeke, the more she noticed that while a troublemaker, was actually a sweet guy. So to work through her feelings she begins writing her spicy version of movie “Beauty and the Beast” which she retitled, “Booty and the Beast. It would be a mixture of the Disney movie and the original story is Disney movie was based on. Here’s the cast so far. Tina Belcher - Tinelle, the village weirdo that no gets because she writes erotic villager fiction of everyone in town. Gene and Louise Belcer- Tinelle’s greedy siblings, though they still are pretty great siblings even if they have expensive taste. Bob Belcher (or Mr. Fishoeder if you want that live action movie reference) - Bobrice (or Fishrice), the loving father that tries to get everything his kids ask for even though none of them are actually the easiest for him to get. Zeke - The Beast who originally wanted Tina to get rid of the curse but is actually a pretty decent guy and let Tinelle’s family live in his palace while he tries to court Tinelle. The beast gets along with everyone in Tinelle’s family. Linda Belcher - The Singing Rose (there’s a singing rose in the original story) Jimmy Jr - Jimston Jr., Tinelle’s fiancé whose the best dancer in town. Tinelle eagerly agreed to marry him because her family is dirt poor and needs a better place to live, Jimston Jr is hot, and Jimston Jr. is the only one that’s willing to marry her in the poor, provincial town because everyone else thinks she’s a pervy weirdo. The conflict in the story would be Tinelle trying super hard to not see the beast for who he truly is because her heart belongs to Jimston Jr. It doesn’t matter how everyone in her family loves the beast, how supportive/respectful the beast is of Tinelle, or even how she might even realized she might have a furry fetish. None of that matters because her heart belongs to Jimston Jr and the beast will always be the beast inside and out. Knowing that Tinelle wasn’t going to change her mind, the beast gave up his chance of being human again and more importantly, be with with a gal he thought was pretty cool to be where she truly wanted to be. Her family was okay with leaving too because they just wanted Tinelle to be happy just as much as the beast did. Tinelle got what she wanted in the end, but seeing the beast one last time before going to Jimston Jr. she felt melancholy and empty. In real life, Tina stops writing her fanfiction for a little while because it got too real for her and got writer’s block. She didn’t know how she wanted to end her story or what to do in real life anymore. She wishes she could go back to when it was easier and her feelings weren’t all messed up. That’s all I have for the prompt idea so far, so it’s up to you how you want to end it. Though I just recommend you end it how you feel a Bob’s Burgers episode would end it. Just don’t forget to be put some humor in it because I don’t want it all angsty. The show is a comedy after all.
I choose to say gif and here’s my reasoning. The j sounding “gif” reminds me of the peanut butter while the g sounding “gif” reminds me of the word gift. When I receive a gif is as if the person is giving me a present making a comment/post better (or worse depending on the gif.). Where as if I give somebody a jiff that is a allergic nuts that would be just like a punch in the face. Where as everybody can enjoy gifts (or at least for a moment until they realize it was a cheap present with no thought put into it).
That’s just one petty reason however and not actually anything logical to back it up. I just prefer giving people gifts over jiffs.
Reblog this if you pronounce “.gif” as “GIF.”
NOT JIF,
GIF.
And here is the link for the opposite.
WE SHALL SEE WHICH ONE PREVAILS.
@br1ghtestlight Oh, I found out about that a while ago! :D I even asked Loren if the blue blouse lady was an updated version of Cheryl. He actually responded but never gave a straight answer. lol He didn't ignore me and gave me a laugh from his response at least, so I'm happy either way. XD
At the beginning of the episode, I notice that Zeke's dad was sitting at a table with a lady in a blue blouse, some guy in a blue tie, and Zeke. More than that, the lady was sitting next to Zeke in the longer shots. (who knows where Zeke goes when they get closer though. XD) I notice she's either close to Zeke or Zeke's dad as seen in the images below.
So since Cheryl has no canon face as of this moment, I headcanon that the blue blouse lady is Cheryl. Though, feel free to say I'm wrong and she appears in another episode under another name because I honestly want to know. I don't keep up with all the bg characters of BB so I'm not sure if the lady is in any other episodes or not. I also want to keep an eye out for the guy that's next to Zeke's dad in the first screenshot. I want to say he's Zeke's 44-year-old brother, but I'm not sure if he's already a character with his own lore separate from Zeke's family. The character he looks the most like, at least from what I found so far is Glen. I don't think he's Glen though because Glen has darker brown hair and the hair is not as smooth (also I think Glen has slightly tanner skin). Hopefully, I'll find him outside of this episode one of these days. Also, since Zeke's dad doesn't necessarily look like someone who could have a 44-year-old son, here's my headcanon. Zeke's 44-year-old is the result of teen pregnancy and Zeke's dad is between his late 50s and early 60s. He also dyes his balding hair to make himself feel younger than he is. Back to maybe Cheryl. I suppose there's still a possibility that the lady could be Zeke's bio mom and she just got a bigger redesign compared to Zeke's dad from what he looked like in "The Belchies".
Then again, we still don't know if this lady from "The Belchies" was an early design for Cheryl or not either. Until we get an episode that actually reveals Cheryl or Zeke's bio mom, these two designs are all I have to go off of. So Occam's razor, since Cheryl gets talked about more than his bio mom, I'm going to assume the blue blouse lady is Cheryl and not his bio mom or some random woman until proven otherwise. TLDR, I headcanon the blue shirt lady as Zeke's stepmom but I'm still not sure if she could be just a random bg character with her own thing or even a redesign of Zeke's bio mom (if the woman from "The Belchies" wasn't a proto Cheryl that is). Many questions are left unanswered for now and not much proof to grasp, the nature of many headcanons for brief bg characters.
32. kiss prompt + Zekina please.
zeke/tina + a kiss by candlelight!
“I can’t believe my dad agreed to this.” Tina says, ducking her head with a sheepish smile.
“It took some convincin’, girl! I won’t lie.”
Zeke’s cheeky grin is charming enough that she doesn’t pry for details. Later, definitely, but not in the middle of their special night.
“Well, he likes you.” She says, still smiling. “He likes the way you treat me. How you’d do anything to make me happy.”
As Tina looks around her family’s restaurant again, still in awe of the surprise Zeke arranged, she has to agree with her dad’s assessment.
“I try my best, T. You know I’m crazy ‘bout ya!”
Tina might think her smile reveals her giddiness, but it’s little more than a slightly turned up line. Zeke reads it anyhow, seeing the excitement underneath.
“I know you are.” She nods, reaching a hand out to take one of his. “So am I.”
Having a boyfriend who’s close to her family is nice—very nice—but it still makes her squirm with the tiniest bit of embarrassment sometimes. Her entire family now knows that a boy likes her enough to cook her dinner, and that’ll be enough to make her mom ask nosy questions for weeks to come.
Still, it’s comforting to see the people she cares about most getting along with each other. Her dad let Zeke use his kitchen. That’s no small gesture. Behind her back, Tina’s entire family collaborated to make this night perfect.
Her mom had started it, sending her upstairs on a faulty errand, then Louise tricked her into heading back downstairs after closing. When she finally returned to the restaurant, Tina discovered Zeke waiting for her. He’d cooked them both a plate of her favorite pasta dish, complete with a homemade Alfredo sauce.
Though it’s nothing too fancy, it doesn’t take much to enchant a hopeless romantic. Tina loves every moment. He brought her a bouquet of lilies-her favorite flower-and there’s a single candle lighting every booth. It almost feels like a daydream.
“I’d do this for ya every night if I could, Tina.” Zeke says, pressing a kiss to her wrist. “You make me wanna go all out all the time.”
Tina likes that she doesn’t question his sincerity. Even setting candlelit dinners aside, Zeke’s been nothing but a gentleman since they started dating. It’s in the small things, really. He jumps to offer his jackets, when she makes the slightest suggestion that she might be cold. He seems to take joy in caring for her.
“I’m gonna do something nice for you soon.” She tells him earnestly. “Something sweet and unexpected. I promise.”
Zeke tilts his head, causing Tina to mirror the motion, before giving her hand a squeeze. His strong grip sends a jolt through her body.
“Don’t be silly, girl! Look around.”
Tina does. He kisses her once, softly, the two of them surrounded by the glow of his candles.
“I’ve got everything I could possibly want.”
Thank you for responding to my soapbox of a reblog. I mostly made it because I felt guilty for making Jimmy Jr. antagonistic in some of my incorrect BB quotes. Exactly, Tina and Jimmy Jr. are both flawed and still learning as teenagers. The show is from Tina's perspective/the Belcher family's perspective though so it's easier to unintentionally defend Tina too much than look at Jimmy Jr.'s perspective in it I feel. It's not right but it is what it is.
For now, they are just having fun and enjoying the kissing and hand-holding. That's all a 13-year-old needs at that age. I never considered Jimmy Jr. a cheater, I was more mad at him for immediately dumping Becky after Tina decided to be the bigger person and showed she wasn't going to be petty for him. (Also the picture frame thing which I didn't count as cheating either but still a jerk move even though he could put any picture he wants in the frame especially if he wasn't dating Tina at the time) Yeah, Tina and Jimmy Jr. as a pair just don't have an interesting dynamic to me. Too much kissing, petty fighting, and not enough talking to each other as friends with no asterisks so I can actually see something is there besides hormones. The hormones are a part of the joke I know but I still long for something more concrete.
I'm also a sucker for opposites attract pairs so Zeke and Tina were always going to be superior to me even if JJ wasn't so divisive as a character. It goes beyond opposites attract but I don't need to make the reblog as long as the other one.
I love Zeke x Tina, but there's so much Jimmy Jr hate in the community. Like... guys, I get it, he can be a bit sour sometimes... but do you know why that is? He's a TEENAGE BOY, not only that, but his parents are divorced, his dad is very neglectful and puts him down, he looks down on his passion for dance and honesty just gives: "I am a toxic straight dad and when I see the slightest bit of creativity, it means pansy and you will be punished"; he's also said that he feels left out and lonely due to his little brothers being twins and being best friends. He's just a kid, a kid who likes to dance, leave him alone. In my head, in a world were Tina and Zeke end up together, Jimmy Jr would still be there, as the bff. The three of them can't be separated, are you kidding me????
Thanks to Haley Joel Osment voicing Curly in “Deconstructing Arnold” I now picture the little freak going through an anime phase and donning a Sora-like haircut as a teenager.
No one will change my mind about it!
hi bear, remember when you made post about horses hooves being a toe? im drawing a centaur rn and remembering that helped me
so i had struggles with how certain horse leg position would look like and so i brought my finder up and looked at it, and turned out to be kinds similar you just need to add shoulder joint in end
hold on ill doodle examples
anyway thank you for horse toe
Oh heck that cursed thing actually seems pretty useful
Congratulations! Your addition made me go over 200 notes. XD This is now my most popular post as far as I know, so thank you. Other than that, good luck if you end up watching every episode involving Zeke making a comment about Tina. I'm genuinely looking forward to the results if you update. Also I've glad you find the caption amusing. The original meme had a swear and that's not my style. So, I censored it with something that's still technically a swear nowadays but I still live in the 90s/early 2000s so it's okay. XD
Linda: But trying to make people think you're cool is exhausting. And when you stop trying, suddenly the next person you talk to thinks you're the best person ever.
Cue the time-passing montage of Tina learning to let go of that embarrassing moment and stop trying to be cool. Most of the time it's with her family, at the restaurant, or by herself just investing herself in her favorite music again. However, there's this one frame I'm convinced has subtle symbolism!
The only time Zeke appears in the episode and it's to be in front of Tina while she looks out the window still sad from the event. Due to how this scene was set up it really looks like it's implying that Zeke is one of those that would think Tina is "the best person ever". However, Tina is too busy being sad to notice what's already in front of her. I mean, the window perfectly frames Zeke in (and sweet Susmita gets her moment too, even if it's just her hair and some of her skin) when they literally could have done whatever they wanted and changed the character in the seat in front of Tina. Heck, Tina could have been in the last seat and further symbolize the loneliness/self-pity Tina is feeling. It's possible they just wanted to stick with accurate continuity and have Tina, Zeke, Susmita, and the rest be in the same seating arrangements as they were in "Cheaty Cheaty Bang Bang". For continuity reasons or not, I still take it as symbolism that Zeke already thinks Tina is the coolest person ever and Tina just needs to really look around her to realize it. The subtext I tell ya!
Whether the ratings of TJM failed or not is still debatable. That’s not the point of the post though. I decided to give out episodes I would like to see if there ever will be a season 6. They are in no specific order. I just type down whatever comes to mind.
1. Stinky Goes Viral
Somebody found a box of cassette tapes that has all of Stinky’s Yahoo commercials in them. Thinking that these will make them famous on MyFace, they post a compilation of them. Things get out of hand when Stinky finds out and demands the video to be deleted. The damage was already done because someone had it saved and reposted on a different account and now there are multiple remixes of the original video.
Moral of the Episode: Be careful what you post on the internet and learn to roll with your internet fame, no matter how embarrassing it is at first.
2. Little Miss Broken
Helga is forced to work on a project with P.S. 118’s “ever so” perfect girl, Lila. Too embarrassed to work at her new “home” with Lila she asks to work at Lila’s place. When she gets there she finds some interesting, yet depressing box of song lyrics in Lila’s room. She starts to consider maybe they have more in common than she originally thought.
Moral of the Episode: You don’t have to be happy all the time, nobody’s perfect, and everybody has a bad day.
3. Permit to Learn
Harold is finally old enough to get a learner’s permit. After some miracle, he passes the written test. However, his mother is too scared for him to go out on the big, scary road while his father just doesn’t trust Harold not to ruin his car and sky rocket his insurance. Will Harold rebel and do it on his own or will Arnold come to the rescue before it happens? Will Harold actually develop a fear of driving because of his parents?
Moral of the Episode: I don’t know… driving is boring and dangerous? (or is that just my irrational fear of driving talking)
That’s all I have for now. I’m open to see more episode ideas. Just don’t make it about shipping for every episode idea. I have my specific pairs just like everybody else but I try to keep my episode ideas centered on possible problems they would have in their semi-modern age.
