Union Station#9 ,11" x 14" oil on wood. A 2019 oil painting of Union Station, one of the main stations in Ontario Canada during its never ending construction cyles lol. Interestingly since painting this piece they’ve added a new skyscraper in the background and a part of the station in the painting has been demolished and reconstructed.

I can probably repaint this exact composition and have it look like different painting which is one of the things I like about the subject I work with, it changes quite a bit over time.

Happy to announce a recently added painting study to my shop. The painting is of Sheppard Station which is a subway station in Toronto Canada. This station has a beautiful colour palette, although I may be bias since blue is my favorite colour :D.

This is an oil painting on paper which has been gessoed, also it comes framed for free ;) and free shipping within Canada. Note that this is an original painting Not a print. :P

Here is Composition #4, woodcut print of mount pleasant station in Ontario Canada. In case you’re interested a woodcut print is a design carved into a piece of wood then inked and pressed by hand or threw a press - this was done by hand. :) If you’re interested it’s available in my shop. ;)

Second chalkboard illustration study and line work. This work is a set of chalkboards that are being done at my artist residency at the drake hotel in toronto canada while living in their Artist Loft which is quite nice, in the second photo I am taking advantage of the second floor to get an arial photo of the piece.

The board is about 5 feet x 3.5ish....cant remember the exact size :P

Union Station #8 2018. Oil on Wood 10" x 8" an earlier piece from 2018, generally I use the smaller pieces to test things out and with this one I wanted to see how texture changed the overall painting. I like the texture in the cool sky but I think it was a little too strong in comparison to the rest of the painting.

I think overall I think the painting was succesful and a great learning experience.

A little update!😊 Back in April if you check my stories I participated in the VAM juried exhibit at the Freedom Factory gallery. Great show, awesome chats and even got to meet some of the judges. I recently found out that I got first place in the exhibit😊.(I may have screamed and maybe even danced for 20 mins but I won't confirm it😋) This is actually a first in my art career which only makes it more exciting! That's not all of the news, the show had rewards but I won't reveal which I received for now. "Rosedale Station #2" it's based on a subway station in Toronto Canada. Had a lot of fun painting this especially when I finish the left wall with the hard shadow/light contrast.

Postcard print of this painting is available in my shop. highly recommend ordering things early because I predict shipping times will be wild this holiday period. :)
