A little bit, but not in the ways that matter, lol. He'd still be a killer, he'd still be a yan, and he'd still be pretty seriously emotionally disturbed.

It's also likely he would have tried to burn any bridges he had with you back then, especially if you were a good influence on him. Lowell isn't and doesn't want to be a good person, and while he was growing up he was a little more conscious of the fact that any relationship he had with people would inevitably be ruined by the fact that he acts like a monster. As he's grown older, he's gotten a lot more comfortable with being selfish, and he now believes that even if a relationship with him is not good for you, he still wants to pursue one. No matter how one sided that relationship may be.

If you happened to be really persistent while he was growing up and unusually good at dodging his bullshit, he may be a little less intentionally cruel to everyone and reserve his anger for his victims. He also may have tried to stay at home instead of running away, which might have given him the opportunity to actually finish school- something that would have decreased the progression of his disability quite a bit.

EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS/ DONATIONS

Hi everyone- my spouse and I have been planning a move for the past several months due to our personal address being leaked to an individual who has the capability to do us significant harm- it’s urgent that we leave the city that we’re in as soon as possible. At the same time, we’ve been housing an abuse victim in the period between getting her her own housing, which has gone on a lot longer than we initially anticipated, and has put us several thousand dollars in debt. Some of her abusers ALSO have our home address, and have arrived at her previous addresses armed and violent on several different occasions. We have an opportunity to move by the 20th of this month into a subsidized housing unit across the country, much sooner than we expected, but we need to cover about 3 thousand dollars in the next 20 days to be able to do so. We are an all trans and disabled household, and we have been subsisting off of one SSDI payment to support the needs of three people. 

Suffice to say we cannot currently afford to move, and if we don’t take this opportunity, we’ll be placed at the bottom of the housing waitlist, and have to wait up to another year in order to move safely. This would put us in significant danger. Lowell has indeed had a double mastectomy! He has one long scar across his chest and he chose to forgo nipple grafts.

Lowell loveeees brats :3 he finds them adorable, and he's very playful with them! Plenty of teasing, and he's not afraid to manhandle you a little if it gets the desired response. He takes a very 'sweet words with rough touches' approach, and he can be a little condescending if you push his buttons enough.

You'd been in a bratty mood all afternoon, and you weren't in a mood to cave so easily. Apparently undaunted by the challenge, he merely giggles in response, settling on your lap with his fingers still fastened tight around your jaw.

"Don't be like that," he continues. "Don't you wanna be a good little plaything for me?" You rear back your head, reaching forward to snap at his fingers with bared teeth. He retreats his hand smoothly, as if he'd been expecting this from you, and treats you to another sickly sweet smile that spreads wide across his face. Bright red has blossomed over his cheeks, and he whistles appreciatively.

"I have such a fiesty toy today," he practically purrs, reaching around to grab you roughly by the hair at the back of your head. "I think we need to find something else for that mouth to do, hm?"

How would Lowell be with an MC whos skipping their meds? I take mine for depression and such, I use to skip it when I was a teen sjdjdb. The Lowell finds like a whole ass two bottles full of just untaken meds skbdid

Oh he's guilty of this himself, it'll be touched on later in the game, especially in the creme brulee and croquembouch routes, but Lowell is both mentally and physically ill and he's TERRIBLE at taking care of himself, so he often goes days without his meds and tends to suffer the consequences of that quiet acutely.

He'll try to subtly figure out if you're skipping your meds on purpose or just because you're forgetful at first. If you're the forgetful type, he has a lot of tricks he's learned over the years that he'll help you out with, stuff like bottle caps with timers on them, setting alarms on your AND his phone, making sure you have a fully stocked days of the week med case.

If you're skipping them on purpose- well. He has ways to deal with that. He needs you to be healthy, after all!

I can't help but feel curious. If Doll ends up warming up to Lowell, would they be able to coax him into sleeping a bit more often?

You might be able to try to get him to sleep more often but he does have severe clinical insomnia, so you're unlikely to be successful beyond maybe a few extra hours a week, and he'd mostly be laying down just to appease you and snuggle up with him.

If you want to actually get his insomnia under control then you'll need to convince him to regularly go to doctor's appointments and recieve psychiatric care and ongoing therapy and THAT is. Extraordinarily unlikely, sorry bud.
