What If, When Lowell Kidnapped The MC They Just Went Along With Everything A Little Too Enthusiastically?

If it's not too much of a spoiler, what chronic neurological illness does Lowell have? (Unless it's already posted somewhere and I just didn't notice, in which case my bad)

The conditions he has themselves are not spoilers! Lowell's primary diagnoses are Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis that is starting to progress more rapidly. He also suffers from gastroparesis, which makes it incredibly difficult for him to eat properly, a thyroid disorder, and he was just diagnosed with the beginning stages of rheumatoid arthritis at the onset of the game.

Lowell has been ill since he was a child, but he grew up in a neglectful household so he didn't recieve necessary medical care, and he both went to culinary school and now works as a commercial baker. He was essentially able to push past a lot of his symptoms to appear able bodied and has worked well past his limits for a long time, at massive detriment to his body- he's starting to feel the effects of his conditions acutely, and his ability to maintain his job and live a relatively normal life are declining rapidly.

I'm sparing the gorey details of how his conditions effect him in the two milder routes, but they will be playing a large part in the croquembouche route.

Lowell's feelings of losing control within his own body highly inform his character and his actions, and are drawn in large part by my own struggle with chronic and progressive disabilities- we don't share all of our diagnoses, but Lowell does have a few conditions that I myself suffer from.

he was deeply invested in scene culture, a bit of a stoner, and terrible at studying. Didn't really have any friends to speak of. He spent most of his time with his headphones in refusing to participate or hold a conversation with anyone.

He's killed a few people by now! didn't always have a reason :) you aren't the first dolly he's had, but sometimes the arrangement ended... poorly.

How would he handle an MC that’s hypersexual but intentionally ignores their own boundaries? Honestly he'd likely try to pull back and stop engaging so much with sex for a while until the two of you could either work out how to calm you down after or come up with a kind of check in/safe word system that worked for you during- the last thing he wants is to feed into something that's making you feel that poorly.

He'd be very gentle about it, and try to take on some of the responsibility of it himself, as well as trying to remind you that HIS boundaries include not crossing YOUR boundaries.

Oh he's guilty of this himself, it'll be touched on later in the game, especially in the creme brulee and croquembouch routes, but Lowell is both mentally and physically ill and he's TERRIBLE at taking care of himself, so he often goes days without his meds and tends to suffer the consequences of that quiet acutely.

He'll try to subtly figure out if you're skipping your meds on purpose or just because you're forgetful at first. If you're the forgetful type, he has a lot of tricks he's learned over the years that he'll help you out with, stuff like bottle caps with timers on them, setting alarms on your AND his phone, making sure you have a fully stocked days of the week med case.

If you're skipping them on purpose- well. He has ways to deal with that. He needs you to be healthy, after all!

What if Lowell had a Doll who doesn't eat much or at all,, like they eat the bare minimum to live and function but other than that they don't eat

I will answer this ask but as a note I likely won't be answering many follow up asks about MCs eating habits- for personal reasons it's not good for me to engage with stuff regarding difficulty with food and eating, and Lowell's difficulty eating reflects my long history with both medical and mental illnesses affecting my ability to eat. From the perspective of character creation and story building, Lowell gives me an outlet to express that, but I have limited ability to take part in more interactive conversations and scenarios and such about it.

All that being said, he'd be incredibly worried about you, always sneaking snacks into your pockets, coaxing you to try out his new recipes or come test the soup he has on the stove to see if it needs more salt, try to establish a regular routine for you to be eating, and he'd try to take meals with you. If you're amenable to it, he has liquid meals that he uses when he has particularly bad gastro flares that he's more than happy to share with you to make sure you stay nourished.
