the problem with gamification is that websites never implement it right. absolutely nobody wants a trophy for making 1000 posts. instead when one of your posts gets a lot of notes you should earn a rare collectible item you can trade with other users. and when someone's post is really obnoxious you should get to call in a boss raid and if enough people join in and deplete the post's health bar then it should get permanently wiped from the servers
