I Know In One Of The Comics Nino Says He Hasn’t Had Any Side Effects, But I Kinda Doubt That As True

I know in one of the comics Nino says he hasn’t had any side effects, but I kinda doubt that as true (or at least ones he’s noticed, or maybe just hasn’t happened yet). So what will his side effect be? Will his skin just start to harden? (Nino, you’re the one that chose the name Carapace, buddy.)

Since nino gets sidestepped a lot in the show i took a lot of liberties, everybody say yay for watsonian explanations !!

Nino, being the holder of the protection miraculous, is on the more responsible end of the spectrum, so as it goes his symptoms are more mental than physical.

He's very uncomfortable about the topic, so like marionette he's in deep denial about it.

He's a workaholic and his newest job is at the traumatizing yourself factory <3

however, historically, it's common for turtle holders to develop thick green crystal like scabs along the spine.
