cassie's masterful ability to depict violations of consent in so many different ways across all genders without being egregious or harmful isn't discussed enough
14 chapters in and we're back to my girlypop bree let's GO
are we gonna talk about how grace would be the most hated tsc character if her and james did a gender swap or....
it's objectively cool as fuck to be lilith's paladin sorry cordelia
you can be a hater all you want but he's so pretty she thinks it looks weird when he eats toast
seeing someone say malec is the healthiest tsc ship....
be so fucking for real here
this fandom's absolute refusal to extend any kind of grace to clary boils my blood.
guess what? she's a teenager who a) got attacked by a gross monster, b) has been introduced to a world full of said monsters and told she has to fight them, and c) her mom disappeared.
but no extending some grace and understanding for her situation is just too much of a stretch i guess.
name a character in history who haunts the narrative more than will herondale
can confirm
that shit hurted
I would never recommend reading tsc in chronological order nor would I read it in that order myself because reading The Last Hours and The Mortal Instruments so close together would cause massive amounts of psychic damage. reading them six months apart was bad enough. right after each other? I would never wish that on anyone ever

consider: Both.
Rereading QoAaD and in the epilogue i noticed this.
“I have his swords,” said Fergus. “You might wish to see them.”
He laid them at the Queen’s feet. A larger sword with stars imprinted on its dark silver blade, its pommel and grip coated in gold. A smaller sword of black gold and adamas, a pattern of stars down its center ridge.
“Heosphorus and Phaesphorus,” said the Queen. “But they were destroyed.”
“Not in my world,” said Jace
So Clary getting her sword back is a possibility depending what come to pass in TWP!!!
