Some doodles of The King in Yellow and 'Yellow' from Malevolent.
The King says "He Don't Bite :)" while the small dragon version of John shoots away in flight screaming "YES HE DO!"
My take on MLP au lets go. I couldn't decide whether I wanted the King in Yellow and 'Yellow' to be dragons or ponies, so. They're just both. John likely also has a pony form I'm just indecisive so nothing for that yet.
John: "CAREFUL ARTHUR!! HE HAS REALLY POINTY SHOES ON!" Credit to @whimsys-malevolent-brainrot for the amazing tags that gave inspiration to draw this.

And here's more of The King in Yellow! Maybe I'll make even more design varieties in the future. Two angry bois just having a casual staring competition
I wasn't super satisfied with my original design of The King in Yellow, so I thought up of a new one. I'm still really attached to my head cannon of the "cape" the King wearing being a part of their body, though.
@horseboneologist gave me a list of prompts involving Hastur, on of which was “Hastur threatening John” and I like torturing my favorites. Poor John… 😘
Playing with a redesign to incorporate the pallid mask and a more fleshy look that I’ve been wanting to do for a while. Of course I see all of the eldritch creatures/entities as more fluid and not really locked into how they appear, so I’m having fun being inconsistent with how I draw Hastur and his fragments lol
What if Bill Cipher is actually The King in Yellow in Gravity Falls' lore. Like think about it, The King in Yellow is a being that represents greed and a lust for power, isn't that Bill's whole deal?
