⚠️ SPOILERS WARNING FOR "THE BAD BATCH" SEASON 3, EPISODE 11 & POSSIBLY 12 ⚠️

(I'm writing this on the Monday before episode 12 comes out)

I literally just thought of something so sad, and now I am going to make other people who see this sad too because I don't want to be alone. 😭

So yes, we all know that Hunter and Crosshair will more than likely get into a fight or argument once Hunter realizes that Omaga was taken away again. And yes, that makes me sad because I don't want to them possibly fight, BUT DUDE, IMAGINE HOW UPSET AND/OR SAD WRECKER WILL BE WHEN HE WAKES UP FROM BEING KNOCKED TF OUT, AND FINDS OMAGA GONE!

He'll feel AWFUL for not being able to help! HE'LL BE SO HEARTBROKEN!!! 😭😭😭💔💔💔

Edit: AND OMG YEAH, ECHO WILL BE UPSET TOO AND POSSIBLY MAD AT CROSSHAIR

Do you ever imagine that all your favorite characters, who have absolutely no connection to each other, just chill in your head when you’re not actively thinking about them?

For me, it’s like: Leonardo from the 2003 iteration of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sam Winchester from Supernatural, and Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Star Wars prequels all sitting at a table sipping tea. And yes, they’re totally aware they’re in my head:

Leonardo: [staring at the mug in front of him] Is it just me, or does everything feel... jittery today?

Sam: [rubbing his temples] Oh, it’s not just you. I think she’s had, like, three cups of coffee already this morning.

Obi-Wan: [raising an eyebrow] Three cups? Amateur. During the Clone Wars, I once drank six cups in one briefing just to stay awake while Anakin explained his ‘perfect’ plan to flank a droid battalion. It wasn’t perfect. I ended up digging us out of a crater for three hours.

Leonardo: [sighing] No wonder I’ve been feeling like I should be training non-stop. The energy in here is buzzing.

Sam: [grinning slightly] Hey, at least she’s somewhat productive when caffeinated. Sometimes it’s just doomscrolling and procrastination.

Obi-Wan: [calmly setting his cup down] Perhaps we should find a way to encourage her to hydrate. Tea, perhaps?

Sam: [shrugging] We can try, but she won’t listen to me about drinking water. Dean’s been yelling at her from somewhere in the subconscious for years.

Leonardo: Maybe if we say it’ll help her focus on writing, she’ll actually consider it.

Obi-Wan: [thoughtfully] A clever suggestion. But I suspect we may be at the mercy of her next coffee run regardless.

I saw someone saying how Cody would comb the deserts of Tatooine to find Obi-Wan after going AWOL in The Bad Batch. Somehow, this was the first image that popped into my head:

Please, someone with artistic talent (not me) make fanart of this.

Children who managed to get out of the temple and into safe places by margine, carrying a baby in their arms or clutching another younger child to themselves. Children who learned to fight and protect, not for their people as a whole, but for the baby or smaller child in their arms. Children who made themselves into swords and shields for the younger, more scared, smaller children they barely managed to save.

Having BIG™ feelings about how most of the Jedi that survived Order 66 were literal children.

Children whose brothers turned on them, and whose parental figures were ripped from them for reasons that they would never understand. Children who didn't know how to live in a galaxy who accepted them, much less one that didn't. Children who had to shed the identity they'd had longer than they could remember just to survive. Children who watched as their people were labeled terrorists and the things they held sacred were desecrated to the purpose of hurting the people they were made to protect.

Children who had to pick up the (often literal) sword of those who'd come before them to protect innocents and hold onto what scraps of their culture that were left. That, to their limited knowledge, believed themselves to be the very last of their kind. Children who bore the weight of bringing justice to the deaths of thousands of their kin, not through revenge, but through the restoration of peace. Who in the fight towards peace, had to once again become weapons instead of peacemakers.

Of them training padawans when they were technically still padawans themselves. Who had to teach what broken pieces of their culture that they could still remember, because they were still learners when they stopped learning. Who taught in the middle of surviving in a galaxy that was out to get them on all sides. Whose padawans never got the chance to go to Ilum, or see the Temple on Coruscant, or bond with other padawans, or any other experience that should've been theirs by birthright.

If I think about it for too long my brain stops working and I cry.

I realize I’ve been a fool in not turning more Supernatural quotes into incorrect TCW quotes. A fool, I tell you.

Echo: Fives. You’re my brother, and I love you. But you are a great big bag of dicks.

——

Dooku: But I forget, you two are, at best, functional morons.

Anakin: Hey, you’re functioning... morons... moron...

Obi-Wan: -_-

——

Rex, after getting his chip out: What’s happening?

Ahsoka: Oh nothing. Just the end of the world!

——

Fives: Plan C tanked.

Echo: Maybe you should try Plan D for Dumbass

Fives: D:<

——

Boil: ‘Kids are the best’? You don’t even like kids!

Waxer: I love kids!

Boil: Oh yeah? Name three children that you even know.

Waxer: ...

Boil:

Waxer: I’m thinking!

——

Hardcase: I can’t do this, man, I can’t live on rabbit food! I’m a warrior!

Dogma: Hardcase. You’ll be fine.

Hardcase: You don’t know that!

Every Jedi Master has a different feel to them in the Force.

Agen Kolar gives off the same feeling of a very large and dangerous predator in wait.

Jocasta Nu feels like a rainy afternoon with a mug of warm tea.

Kit Fisto feels like a hurricane depending on if he’s in an ‘active’ state or ‘resting state’— the storm or the eye— while Plo Koon is the calm before the storm.

Voolvif Monn is a cold and empty feeling, but not in a bad way, just like an open plane of ice or tundra but Foul Moudama, despite being a Talz, has a very warm and comforting feeling opposed to the climate his species is found in.

The Temple Guard Masters have found a way to use these feelings in the Force to their advantage, learning how to cloak their own individual feels in a way that is “Guard”— the feeling of a protective wall that one can rely on. And in tandem to that, it’s no surprise that when among the Guard, Cin Drallig’s presence is like a coiling Dragon around a castle waiting to defend those within the walls.

Similar to Jocasta, Obi-Wan’s presence is like a warm mug of tea, but something cozy and calming.

Shaak Ti is a gentle calm, like wind rippling through tall grass but anyone who knows her knows that the calm is a surface level feeling and that deeper down there is a ferocity hidden within her.

Did you watch the episode or are you just saying shit to say shit? Cause it's very clear that that the first half of that episode of tales of the jedi take place before season 2 and the other half takes place after season 2. And it was obviously more than once that Anakin drilled her like that. They are saying she survived because of what Anakin taught her

The entire episode of Brain Invaders, in which Ahsoka is forced to hide, evade, problem solve under intense pressure, find a way to call for help, not know who she could trust, wrestle with the knowledge that she might have to go down with the ship in order to fix this problem, and ACTUALLY FIGHT CLONES UNDER REALISTIC CIRCUMSTANCES: *is right there, has been since season two*

TotJ: “She survived because of this one time Anakin drilled her to stand still and deflect blaster bolts.”

This fandom doesn't talk about the reckless drifting flying enough. Man straight up goes Baby Driver on multiple occasions

a niche character trope i like is the person who is nice, a good person and acts well adjusted, then they do something where it’s like. oh you’re secretly a little bit insane actually

Palpatine: Do you want to know what the chips actually do?

Fives:

Palpatine: They're going to brainwash you and make you kill the jedi

Fives: Why are you telling me this?

Palpatine: Because no one will ever believe you

How Dominoes Fall

How Dominoes Fall

Couldn't help myself and drew the angstier version of my Domino Twins art that now has 100 notes (surprisingly, ilyasm 🩷) and may not have properly tagged my self-reblog asking if anyone was interested upon reflection. (Oops, my bad sorry.)

Still getting the hang of active participation in fandom spaces and building up a following of any kind after being just a lurker too nervous to share anything for so, so long.

Appreciate the traffic I'm getting thus far and ask that you're patient with me as I find my stride and my style!

Random side note; trying to go for a fresh, glowing, blaster wound look in watercolor was a fun (/s) little challenge, don't think I'm doing that again soon.
