It definitely must have been nice for the Toys to have nice, soft and warm beds with blankets, just laying on it would knock to sleep

compared to their dingy, dirty, possibly cold cause y’know barely any power deep in the caves and god only knows how in the actual hell is the bed wet there's nothing dripping, back in the factory

The first time the toys slept in Angel's house marked the first time in years that they slept somewhere truly comfortable and safe. They even snoored, all extremely tired from leaving PlayCo. and staying a day at the hospital. I think everyone spent had like, 12 consecutive hours of sleeping. They were exhausted!

Catnap insisted on staying up so he could do a "patrol" around the house, but went back to bed once Angel insisted enough for him to do so. He immediately collapsed, very surprised at how soft and warm everything felt. He even purred! The mini critters had a good night of sleep thanks to this as well.

Dogday also didn't want to sleep, but he was one of the first ones to do so thanks to the emergency procedures he had to go through. He slept very peacefully and woke up feeling good for the first time in years.

Mommy Long Legs was such in a deep slumber that she just spread out all around the house. Her arm and legs just became noodles, and yes, she snoored. She hadn't felt this safe since... Well, since she was a child at PlayCare. Was the second to wake up (first one was Catnap)!

Miss Delight was also one of the first ones to sleep. Her procedure wasn't as big as Dogday's, but she was also very tired. Slept next to Long Legs and Angel and didn't have any nightmares or stressful dreams, which really helped her.

Poppy slept glued to Angel, she can't do much but she protecc dad. One of the last to wake up because she's actually a very heavy sleeper, and yes, Long Legs poked fun at her for this.

When the Smiling Critters are found, they all have a +12 hour night of sleep when they go to Angel's house. Even Kickin, who INSISTED he wasn't THAT tired! Hoppy woke up having no idea where she was until Dogday calmed her down and she remembered that oh yeah, she got out of PlayCo, actually!

Catnap, if you could give advice to another Critter on how to try and convince their friend to stop following the Prototype, what would it be?

"How.. very specific. But I can try to tell you. I remembered that once I realized the choice I made, that I came face to face with their true nature. Even if you are someone who's helped in the beginning.. they will do nothing but use you in order to suit their own desire. All those years..and for what? I love how Kickin doesn't want to ask their name because he doesn't want to get attached but in the best ending, I can't imagine he doesn't get attached, since they get all the survivors out of the factory and prove they're a good person who won't hurt them.

In the best ending, Kickin definitely does get attached to where he sees them as a genuine friend! Now that all of them are free he doesn’t have to keep his walls up especially since, like you said, the player did prove that they aren’t going to harm any of them. Unfortunately that means the player has to deal with his true personality now. The teasing will be relentless /j

It’s so cute how friendly Dogday and Catnap are in the Smiling Critters intro! If you look closely at one point in the subsequent clip from the episode, you can see a photo of the two smiling and hugging each other!

THEY'RE SOOOO BABY TO ME. BEST FRIENDS 4EVER, THEY MADE A LITTLE DANCE COREOGRAPHY WITH JUST THE TWO OF THEM FOR IF THEY EVER NEED IT. I would love to see more canon and friendly interactions between them in-canon, but we can only dream.

Ok so- Catnap and Bobby

In your version of the Cartoon I can see Catnap be like

I love wild things

And then he meets Bobby and going like

Ah shoot

Was it like that or am I wrong?

There's actually a ''oh shit, i like her'' in the series, but it kinda subtle due all that happens in said episode

The episode were Bobby talk about her past is called ''A Wild Heart'', but the subplot of said episode is Bobby helping Catnap to find ''a important amulet'' that a wild took from his house. Catnap didn't specific asked for Bobby's help, but the rest of the critters told him to ask for her help 'cause she was the ''wild expert''. During all this travel, she's telling Catnap her story.

till this point, Catnap was a not really interactive protagonism, since everything he did was Dogday related, been by saving him from problems or by giving him support when his brother was down, but as a whole, Catnap was more of a support character that didn't interacted with the rest of the critters voluntary, and prefers to make everything on his own.

But after this episode, he start to get more comfortable with the critters, Bobby specially, since with her story she make him realized that friendship isn't something you get by talking a lot and been mega nice with everybody (like Dogday), but that is something that everybody can get, doesn't matter your origins, your personality, or your inability to express yourself like the others, you can get a friend just by trying, and she convince him to try.
