I chose not to include DRUNK AND PARTY and LOVE AND PEACE as they aren't part of any MV + I really doubt they're going to be covered at any time. That said, if people want them, I'll post the art too as a sister post.

Luka can control his heart rate. He claims to control his heart rate to optimize his performance during any situation.

Luka's purple fingers have been theorized to be due to his heart condition the resulting poor blood circulation.

In the scene with Hyun Woo's death, Luka's fingers visibly turn from a natural color to purple.

IS HE TRYING TO SLOW DOWN HIS HEART RATE TO COUNTERACT THE ADRENALINE AND OVEREXCITED STATE HE WAS IN DURING THIS SCENE

(IS THIS THE FIRST TIME HE SUCCEEDED??? HENCE HIS REACTION???)

This next part is a bit of a stretch...

But can we infer what level of heart activity he's adjusting himself to from how purple his fingers are?

For example, not much purple - prepping himself for performance.

For example, a lot of purple - an attempt to calm himself down by forcibly lowering his heart rate.

IS THIS WHY HE DOESNT HAVE PURPLE FINGERS IN MODERN AU ART?

HE NEVER WENT THROUGH THE HEART RATE TRAINING SO HE WASNT LEFT WITH A HEART CONDITION AND/OR DOESN'T FORCIBLY KEEP HIS HEART RATE LOW ENOUGH FOR HIS FINGERS TO PURPLE?

SOMEONE TELL ME IM WRONG I CANT SLEEP WITH THIS ON MY MIND.
