social media is a cruel thing... I'm tired ngl. can't stop thinking that my art is useless for my life. it's sad, but I'm not a kid now. i need to make money, cause i can't even go to therapist because i have no money. and that's what my art can't help me with... I don't really know what i want from this life, being happy as every other human being, i guess. but being poor and make more art so people can see me, or have money but doing what makes me unhappy with my life. my head hurts

VANITAS.

For Hajime, Vanitas is a never-ending nightmare.

Since the Unversed are completely under Vanitas control, and Hajime is in his previous form is Unversed, he is directly connected to Vanitas. During and after awakening, Hajime continues to see this dark silhouette everywhere, still hear his voice. For a long time Hajime can't even name what and who he sees and hears, but his fear changes to anger and again to fear every time he hears that voice.

Only the manifestations of Vanitas in Hajime's heart can bring him close enough to breaking and falling under control again.
