Imagine spending the day at the pool with Bucky

It was warm, and the water felt amazing against your body. It relaxed you. Soothed you back into ease, which was the thing you needed. 

“Thank you.” You whispered, as you laid out in the water, looking up at the sky. 

Bucky turned his gaze to you, furrowing his brows as he swam over. “Thanks for what? Swimming with you?” He chuckled. 

You shook you head, and met his gaze. His blue eyes making your stomach flutter. “Thanks for always being here for me.” 

For a moment, he just stared at you, his eyes lingering as your words had echoed in his ears. The day he met you, he was broken, damaged at best, but you had saved him. From hydra, and most of all, himself. And because of that, he made it his life mission to always be there for you whenever you needed him. And even the times when you didn’t think you did. 

Bucky was drawn to you. Felt the need to protect you at all cost. And somewhere between the years, he realized the truth. He realized that he was falling in love with you. 

Without a word, he leaned in and gently pressed his lips to yours. Immediately you were taken aback, but as his hand cupped your cheek, you motioned back. 

Everything in that very second felt right. Like everything had fallen into place. 

You didn’t want it to stop. But as the sound of footsteps growing near, you pulled away. Feeling your heart beat rapidly. 

“There you two are!” Sam exclaimed. “Y/N, Steve has been looking for you.” 

You swallowed hard, glancing at Bucky then back to Sam. “Okay, I’ll go find him.” You forced out. 

Sam looked to Bucky, and huffed, “So this is what you do on your time off?” He scoffed. 

Before Bucky had time to respond, Sam strode off back towards the door. Leaving you two alone. 

Climbing out of the pool, and wrapping the towel around your body, Bucky had his gaze locked on you. His bottom lip in between his teeth. 

“Look, what happened between us, didn’t happen okay? We can’t–This stays between us. Got it?” You exclaimed. “It will just complicate things.”

Bucky slowly nodded, a small smirk playing on his lips. “Nothing happened.” He muttered. 

“Good.” 

Turning your back to him, Bucky cleared his throat. “But I must say, you are so damn beautiful.” He stated.

what's one technological device that dominated your childhood completely?

I was a total ipod kid like really intense, I loved that thing more than life. it was also one of my first devices. sadly, I don't have it anymore but oh well. it shaped my life and the amount of music I listen to xD
