Tie your lee up, and tickle them not in their most ticklish spot but tickle them agonisingly slow. Make them beg you to tickle faster. Tell them "if you want me to go faster, ask me to tickle your worst spot!" So after they give in, because they definitely will, and ask you to tickle their worst spot, start rapidly tickling there as fast as you can to punish them for not begging sooner reward them for asking you to tickle them!

This level of exposure is just rude!
